3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 5000 (4974) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - AUG 24, 2012
Bottle:   Amber, a little fiery, moderate to large frothy off-white head, spotty lacing.   Tart nose, soft unripened fruity notes, fairly strong, funk, lacto, brett, all sorts of goodness.   A bit more muted on the tongue, tart, bretty, with unripened fruit nose.   The barrel aging is minor, albeit comes out a bit more as it warms.   Finish is dry, with unripened fruit, and brett.   Pretty simple, but clean, enjoyable... not sure if its worth the $20 price tag tho.

Bottle thanks Gene. Clear copper pour white head. Aroma is really weird tons of bourbon with brett, quite leathery, musk. Taste is better, still sweet but with a nice tartness. Palate is heavy, difficultly drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a deep, hazy orange to copper with minimal white head. Aroma is pronounced tart sour. Taste, acetic sour with some raspberry and cherry notes. The fruit comes through but I can’t tell if they really used any. Seems to be the case. Very dry and some shoe leather notes. Overall, ok American sour that is somewhat all over the place.

A cloudy brown beer with a quickly dissipating beige head. The aroma is wood, vanilla, cherry, and citrus. The flavor is wood and vanilla up front with a very nice tart cherry that intensifies in the finish. Quite sour but also quite delicious.
