Commercial Description:
Boulevard Lunar Ale is a cloudy, russet brown beer, with subtle aromatic notes provided by our special proprietary yeast strain. Lunar Ale's distinctive rounded, mellow flavor is crowned by a crisp, dry finish. The old world art of bottle conditioning creates a secondary fermentation, resulting in a beer that tastes fresher, better, longer.

Pours amber brown, with a nice foamy head. It has a yeasty grass smell, and a distinct flavor with a little bite. It is lighter tasting than it looks, but a good overall beer. I’ll buy this one again.

Pours a transparent brown/dark copper color with a small head. Aroma is definitely yeasty. Flavor is yeasty, with some sweetness and earthiness as well. 12 oz. bottle.

Sean sent me this one as apparently a joke, but I actually thought it was pretty good. Sweet, refreshing, and smooth. A nice fruity taste as well. Smell was pretty much non existant - sweet malts, fruits.... I am really reaching here. After the smell I thought it would taste like nothing.. Wrong, it was actually really good tasting. Sweet and smooth. Very easy to drink, perhaps a little sour flavor (could be getting infected, though not really a bad thing). Thanks Sean.

Pours a reddish brown color with almost no head. Aroma of yeast and dried cherries. Flavor is wheaty with a bit of spice and sweetness to it. Light body and thin, watery mouthfeel. Nothing special, but smooth and drinkable.

one in the sixer looking pretty but surrounded, like bellvue!?!? .... not a very full for a beer of this kind, but a good gateway drug ... but, it actually kinda nice, has just this little something to it .. pendulum’s blood sugar drops! .... no real foam, strange .."who pumped ethyl" ... needs more to be a great one..

Unfiltered cloudy tannish brown with next to no head. Aroma of yeast, toasted malts and light wheat. Thin, oily and malted body has a dry finish with some wheat and lemon in there.
