At 100+ IBUs, the hoppiest beer we’ve brewed to date. Pretty nervy for a bunch of Midwesterners.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of pepsiedcan. Thanks bro(nus)! Pours a wee hazy golden appearance with an off white head. Wow, the aroma is quite intense. Cracker, toasted pale malty, grapefruit, a bit dank nose. Super easy drinking, maybe a bit too bitter, toasted cracker, lemon, grapefruit, light onion, a touch piney, resiny flavor. Slightly too bitter, but not horrible. Great beer that I wish I could get in Colorado!

bottle. all of my favorite hops in one beer! aroma is citrusy, floral, and spicy. not intensely bitter for 100+ ibus and 5 hops, so its quite sessionable especially at 5.2%. medium light body and an easy carbonation level. juicy palate. slightly hazy gold with a big whipped white head. grapefruit, lemon, floral, pear and melons notes. this beer is a treat! great mix pack!

Clear golden color with lasting ivory head. Nice floral, citrusy, tropical fruit aromas. Medium bodied with average co2. Floral, citrusy hoppy flavors with a solid pale malt, lightly sweet base brew____very tasty.

Bottle, fresh enough (1+ month to its enjoy-by date). Pours a slightly hazy gold with a good one to half inch of head that sticks around. Aroma of citrus, grass, cereal. Taste is a bit...fluffy? lots of bitter grass and orange zest. Really great balance with a slight malty sweetness. The hop character of a DIPA with the drinkability of a pale ale....not bad at all.

Frothy, retained head, lots of lacing. Smell is fresh grapefruit. Grapefruit on the tongue, dry bitterness, lemon. Finish is dry and wheaty. Refreshing.

12 oz via bottle on a recent camping trip. Dank and hoppy aroma and flavor. Fresh and crisp with a bitter finish. Medium body, pretty easy to drink. Nice.

Clear yellow orange pour with a white head and nice lacing. Strong sweet citrus aroma with some pine. Taste is grapefruit peel and pine. Nice bitterness that lingers. Light body. Definitely sessionable.

12 oz from Mile High. Best before August 24, 2014. Pours pretty light colored with a tall, white fizzy head. Holy hops! This is extreme. Huge blast of very fresh and real hops in the nose covering lemon, marijuana, grapefruit and evergreen. Palate is pretty solid and very, very dry. This is not subtle or tasteful, but it is delicious. Great depth of bitter fruits and herbs. Very lemony in the flavor again. Finish is strongly bitter.

Bottle. Light yellow with tons of carbonation and a big white foamy head. Resiny, floral hop over a sour dough bread base. Has a resiny bitter taste. Body is lighter with a foamy feel.

Bottle. Hop forward aroma with notes of pine and citrus. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head and very little lacing. Starts with pine and citrus flavors mingling before getting overpowered by hops. Finishes extremely dry with bitter hops as well as very acidic citrus that lingers on the plate long afterward. Not a huge fan as the beer is quite bitter to me.
