3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a somewhat hazy darker amber with a medium sized beige head. Aroma is mostly spicy with some fruity impressions, being apple, orange, and berries. Some caramel notes as well. The taste is a very nice combination of the fruits and caramel malt. It isn’t to fruity as to render this undrinkable, but an almost perfect balance. I get a taste almost like a caramel apple. I also get a touch of sweet toffee underneath. Medium bodied with some softer carbonation. There is a bit of tartness at the end here as well. I don’t really get the impression that this is a Christmas beer, but thats ok. I enjoyed this.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draft. It’s got a fruity-sweet aroma that was pretty unexpected, along with some hop. Thin head with a dark brownish-red color. It’s got a bit of the alcohol flavor you’d expect from a winter warmer, as well as some piney hop flavors that linger nicely. Overall a very nice, slightly more hop-forward winter warmer.
