COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Had a bready citrus flavor to it. For a pale ale in my opinion was thicker than most. Finished smooth and flavorfull. Had this on tap up north in Minnesota.

An amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice c-hops, floral, with biscuitty malts. In mouth, a nice clean ale with some fresh green hops, a bit short in mouth, but good. Tasted as a free gift at Dunedin House of Beer, May 23 2010.

Herbal, fruity, and toasted malts for aroma. Biscuts, toffee, herbal grain flavors. Mild, bitter and dry finish. Pretty good.

A decent pale ale. Aroma of citrus hops, bread, caramel, and malt. Sweet and bready taste with a nice crisp citrus finish.

Nice try, but I did not enjoy Boulevard’s Pale Ale. Tastes kind of like a Mike’s Hard Lemonade. Does not taste like a beer.

Faint metallic and bready aroma. Pours a red gold with a thin white head. Thin on the tongue with a wheaty and metallic start ending in a bitter finish. No appreciable hops.

Light amber - great frothy head. Fruity and piney aroma. Taste is light with berry flavors. Finish is only slightly bitter. A good refreshing pale ale.

Just another uneventful Pale Ale. I understand how popular this style is, so why not be bolder and bigger to be somewhat different...
