COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Pours amber orange with a large, fluffy, light tan head. Aroma is of zesty citrus and caramel. Taste is bitter up front, the moves to some caramel sweetness with a hint of citrus on the back end. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and mild mouth-carbonation, Boulevard Pale Ale finishes with a touch of bitterness that fades into sweetness.

Not much going on here. Basic pale. Low on the hops, can taste a bit of malt. had a bit of stale pislner finish to it. I’ve had many that were a lot better.

Dark golden color, nice carbonation, nice little fizzy white head, not much lacing at all. The nose is mostly malty with some hops and caramel. The taste is also mostly malty with some hops and caramel. Medium body. Drinkable.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2012 Hazy amber color with thin white head. Light aroma of fruity hops. Taste is well balanced with light malt and fresh hop flavors and a slightly bitter finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Poured coppery gold with a thin head that faded away after a minute or so. Less aromatic than I expected and more malty than citrus on the nose.Taste is smooth and slightly citrusy, with a hint of copper. I’m a little disappointed - perhaps its because I had this after the Single Wide, but I expected more out of this one.

Boulevard pale ale is easy drinking and refreshing. Not the.best pale even but definitely a mainstay in the fridge

Nice coppery color, slightly cloudy, two finger head that dissipates into a film with a nice ring of lacing around the glass. Citrusey hops and piney malts leave for a light but very nice smelling beer. Very nice but lightly subdued hoppy and piney flavors dominate. A good malt backbone with some oranges and grapefruit flavors accent. Just a little sweet. Mediium bodied and tangy from the carbonation. Mildly bittersweet hop aftertaste that lingers. Somewhat dry. Very highly drinkable. Easy to down and tasty from beginning to end. A great value for an everyday beer.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2012 a classic that i drink all the time and have never reviewed. hop quality come through light malt nicely although it is subdued. great marriage of malt and hop and a bit on the light side making it perfect to drink a lot of... carmel flashes in the malt expression with just a glimpse of sturdy pine hop
