COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

I loved this beer. Slightly hazy gold in color with an excellent hop aroma. The hop bitterness stands out with a nice floral and fruity taste. One of the best American Pale Ales on the Market.

12 oz bottle from a sampler pack. Poured a clear copper color with a two finger white head. Lacing was moderate. Aroma was of earthy hops and some spice. Flavor was well balanced with a hint of spice on the end. Good beer.

Pale light copper with a 2 inch white head that’s dense in the middle and weak on the sides, since the sides can’t grab the glass well, the head diminishes rapidly. It’s a little cloudy and exhibits moderate carbonation, thus portraying the existence of yeast in the bottle. The aroma is complex and varies between cascade hops and American malt, and also has a little spice. The beer tastes rich and full with meaty malt and spicy hops. It has a nice medium body and the flavors and finishes seemingly alternate between the malt and the hops dominating, so this beer is really well balanced.

Smells of sour and bitter hops. Taste is very watery with a weak flavor. Sour and bitter hops mostly. Not terrible, pretty enjoyable

Bottle as shown. Pours a copper golden color with a small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is sweet hops and fruit. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a very dry hop and sweet fruit with a very dry finish. A decent pale ale from Boulevard.
