COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

12oz bottle-A lioght amber body with a small ring for a head and an aroma of hops and pale lager. Taste from this light to medium bodied brew is of hops and malt. A nice average APA. Quite drinkable.

Solid orange/brown color. Fine white head. A light hop nose. Drinks with a full very smooth bitterness with a clean slightly malty finish. Well balanced and very easy to drink.

Pours amber with a slight cloudy look from the small amount of yeast in the bottle. Frothy head that lasts for a good deal of the drink. Great light hops aroma. Taste is light citrus taste mixed the sweet malty flavor to finish. Overall a good offering but I wish the hops flavor would linger a bit longer as well as be a bit more prevalent at the beginning.

Nice amber color....light head. Aroma is light hops, subtle fruitiness. Nice hop presence in the flavor....could be a bit better on the malts though. Not a bad pale ale overall.

Pours light amber with a medium light head and good carbonation. Nice pine aroma with floral overtones. Great hops flavoe and light malt touch. I had this beer with turkey chili and it was a good compliment, but I think it would go great with a decadent burger on a summer day.

Poured dark amber with pretty good off-white head. Nose of resin and hops. First thing you taste is the hops. After a while you pick up sweet caramel. One of my favorite go-to beers as it is readily available in the midwest. Nice solid APA.

Nice golden coloured body with orange tints and a somewhat frothy white head. Aroma of pale malt with a little bit of hops in the scent with some wheatie aroma too. Medium-bodied; Short hoppy taste up front with mixes of cardboard and vomit with very little else. Aftertaste shows a lingering bitterness - but not really good and not fresh in the hops either. Overall - a decent beer with not much else than that. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle pulled from an 8-pack sampler purchased at Sam’s Wine & Liquors in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 15-December-2005.

12 oz. bottle, pale ale color with nice head, not a lot of hops, kind of watery, these were best before 3/08 so maybe late for this
