Smell is dough and hops. Somewhat sweet with a back note of hops. It does not linger on the palate. Slick texture, very yeast and hops balance. Thanks to Ed Trost for the suggestion and beer.

12 oz bottle into lager glass. Pours hazy orange with a medium beige head that falls in a couple of minutes, leaving a ring of foam. Aroma is faintly bready, faintly piney--could definitely be more assertive. Taste is bittersweet, nice and hoppy; crisp and refreshing. Highly carbonated with a medium body. A very fine APA.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 kjc51478 (277) - Cologne, GERMANY - MAY 28, 2011
12 oz Bottle. Appearance is orange color with medium, off-white head. Aroma is slight citrus, piney hops, and bread malts. Taste is citrusy with bready malt sweetness and a solid, but nor overwhelming hop bitterness. Palate is medium-bodied, somewhat slick or oily, average carbonation, with a piney, slightly bitter finish. This is a decent pale ale.

Pours an amber color with small white head. Light aromas of grapefruit. Flavors of citrus. Slightly bitter finish. This is an average APA in every aspect but is inoffensive and very drinkable.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 hombrepalo (1317) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 11, 2011
12 oz bottle from Archers. My 6th boulevard brew and by far the worst one of the bunch. Dusty amber body, frothy white head. Primarily bright, fruity aroma, caramel malt in the background. Dissapointing flavor, has a weak caramel malt backbone with a correspondingly weak hop profile.

Drank this outta the bottle so I have no idea about the looks or lacing. This was a great non evasive easy to drink pale ale. Another great session beer from these guys.
