COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Pale Ale is a smooth, fruity, well-balanced beer with year-round appeal. A variety of caramel malts impart a rich flavor and amber color, while liberal use of whole Cascade hops adds zest and aroma. Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed, and continues to be a perennial favorite.

Amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma of some citrus and hops. Medium carbonation with a thin body, but not much to the flavor here.

Sweet malt aroma. Nice hop aroma that is not overpowering. Amber color with head that disappears quickly. Good malt and hop flavor. Very enjoyable balance. Malt flavor lingers. Nice easy drinking pale ale.

bottle. Pours slightly murky amber gold with small ring of white head. Sweet aroma features floral hops, honeysuckle, white grape. Medium bodied, with somewhat watery finish. Flavor embodies the flavor, but not fully. All in all it really is pretty good, but not something I will revist, as it doesn’t really set itself apart.

Bottle. Pours copper-orange with a thin off white head. Sweet citrus aroma. Good blend of citrus, light pine and toasted malt. Smooth and almost perfectly balanced. Light-medium in body with lively carbonation. Very refreshing and enjoyable.

Bottle. Beer is a nice amber color with a full head. Aroma is malty with a hint of caramel. The taste is a balance of sweetness and bitterness. It finishes with a nice body which goes down smooth & easy. This is a great beer for relaxing or for some session drinking
