3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hennes (932) - Fountain, USA - APR 2, 2004
I'm on a kick of being disappointed by pale ales - this one isn't bad - it in now way resembles the disasters I had at Springfield's microbrewery - but it doesn't have the floral freshness I was craving, either. It seems like it has all the right parts, but in a tired, exhausted sort of way. Rather like a distinguished, but slightly rumpled gentleman with a few faded grease spots on his silk tie.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 sm5561 (20) - - FEB 12, 2012
Hazy amber color with thin white head. Light aroma of fruity hops. Taste is well balanced with light malt and fresh hop flavors and a slightly bitter finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 pudds (15) - Brandon, Manitoba, CANADA - FEB 1, 2012
Poured coppery gold with a thin head that faded away after a minute or so. Less aromatic than I expected and more malty than citrus on the nose.Taste is smooth and slightly citrusy, with a hint of copper. I’m a little disappointed - perhaps its because I had this after the Single Wide, but I expected more out of this one.

Boulevard pale ale is easy drinking and refreshing. Not the.best pale even but definitely a mainstay in the fridge
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 alcaponejunior (86) - Missouri, USA - JAN 22, 2012
Nice coppery color, slightly cloudy, two finger head that dissipates into a film with a nice ring of lacing around the glass. Citrusey hops and piney malts leave for a light but very nice smelling beer. Very nice but lightly subdued hoppy and piney flavors dominate. A good malt backbone with some oranges and grapefruit flavors accent. Just a little sweet. Mediium bodied and tangy from the carbonation. Mildly bittersweet hop aftertaste that lingers. Somewhat dry. Very highly drinkable. Easy to down and tasty from beginning to end. A great value for an everyday beer.

A nice cloudy amber color with an off-white head and lots of lacing. The aroma is sweet and slightly floral hops. The flavor is hop forward, with a slight resin and a sweet malty aftertaste.

Copper with a big, fluffy white head. The aroma is floral and a touch dirty, with some light grains and sweet malt. The flavor is sweet, then dry, with some wet hops and fruit on the finish. The malt is pretty sweet and bit syrupy. Not bad all in all, a little sweeter than average but pretty decent.
