Flavor was grassy hop, sweet malt and spiciness. tjthresh (1348), Greenfield, Indiana, USA May 5, 2008 On tap at the 2008 Boulevard Microbrewers Festival. The pour was clear golden with some white head. Corn and noble hops in the nose. Lots of hop flavor with decent pilsner malt character. Medium body. High carbonation. Dry finish. Good beer. Indra (1873), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA May 3, 2008 12oz. test bottling, thanks to John Bryan! Aroma features a blend of grassy, herbal, spicy hop, pale, grainy, malt and some very light, doughy yeast. Light golden in color with a faint greenish cast, head is very fine, white and lasting. Flavor is similarly well-balanced between the dry, crackery, bready malts and moderately bitter, herbal hop character. Finish is snappy and crisp with a dry, appropriately effervescent feel, lingering peppery spice and a light-medium body. Good Pils and a nice warm-weather choice.
