Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, and some floral notes. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a rapidly dissipating white head and abuntent lacing. The palate is floral, grass, grain, coulminating with a node to malt side of things. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, well crafted IPA - nice yeng and yang of hops to malts.

Bottle from Village Wine and Spirits. Crushed flowers, light citrusy nose. Medium straw color with a huge fluffy pocked head. Mild grassy initial / light catty hop (Citra?) in mid / very mild but tasty finish. Thin-medium body. Light session stuff. Thin but flavorful.

Draft at the DC Craft Beer Festival. Poured a relatively clear golden yellow color with a small whit head. Aroma was a nice blast of hops, tropical, orange with some crisp light malts. Flavor was nice malt notes, crisp orange fizzy citrus. Sweet malts. Drinkable, though not as clean of a finish as I had hoped. Still quite good.

Poured from bottle from my bro. Yellow orange color with white head. Bubblegum wheat aroma. Mild hops and light grain and earthy taste. Not bad for a session beer

Keg @ Mellow Mushroom, DC. Hazy gold with a pretty big white head. Not a particularly expansive nose. Moderate northwest hoppiness. Pine, some dark herbs. The taste is pretty chalky. Shallow floral bitterness, some lemon. Little else. Thin body, soft carbonation. Overall, I’ve seen a lot more accomplished with 4.2%. Solid but forgettable.

Hazy yellow pour with good sticky white head. Big grassy and floral hop character. Large bitterness, but not palate wrecking or anything. I think I prefer founders all day ipa, but this is still pretty good too.
