2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz can with a best by 07/18/15 date code. Pours copper with a great white head and excellent retention. I fear it’s a bit oxidized. Some citrus and melon in the aroma, but a bit of stale cardboard as well. Flavor is the same. A bit watery as well. I’d try it again fresher.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
12 oz. can, consumed on 6-8-15. Pours a clear, dark gold to bronze with a large amount of beige head. Produces decent lacing. Dry, grassy, simple but pleasant, hoppy aroma. Dry, cracker, lightly piney flavor. Light body. Soft and a tad fluffy in the palate. Insubstantial but/and drinkable. Completely pleasant but very little to it. There’s absolutely nothing off-putting about it, but there’s also very little to make me recommend it. This would be a fine pool-side or beach-side beer on a hot day, but it isn’t one for contemplation. I have few notes because there’s so little to say. What’s great about a good session IPA is that it packs a strong punch of hops flavor despite little alcohol content. This beer lacks that hops flavor punch.

Can. Very good session IPA. Pours light orange with a solid white head. Light citrus / wheat nose. Big citrus hop flavors w/ a smooth creamy body. Bitter finish.

Middle of the road across the board. Good balance I guess but I want more of the mosaic hops jumping through. Feels pretty rustic (could just be the packaging) and a bit like a session offering from long trail or otter creek. I prefer bolder west coast styles but do love mosaic hops.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft at the brewery. Pale brown color with a fruity taste that's not very flavorful. More like a light pale ale

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Slightly hazy gold with a thin white foamy cap. Full bright citrusy and floral nose with a little herbal pop with an underlying cracker malt. Lovely flavor that bursts with a bright floral and slightly citrus rind hoppiness, hen it smooths out into some pale malt and cracker malt tones with some crisp graininess and a touch of hay. Very bright yet smooth and mellow.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 5/7/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, cracker, bread, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/piney hops and light-moderate pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, cracker, bread, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, lemon/orange zest, pine, cracker, bread, light honey, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of bright citrus/piney hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Not too dry on the finish either, with some lingering hop flavors. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a very nice session IPA. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/piney hops and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Good session IPA. Big citrus flavor and low abv. A bit lacking in malt for me personally. Good beer though.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
I enjoyed this session beer and did not find any sacrifice in flavor for the low alcohol. A great example of an accessible IPA. CHeers!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Fruity hops, some lighter floral notes, mild bitterness, lighter malty sweetness, and a light hoppy finish. Pretty good.
