Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

Pours yellow-gold with a medium off white head. Aroma is very sweet, candied orange with a little dankness in the background. Taste not cloying, but sweet candied citrus with caramel overtones, some light light graininess and a long mellow bitterness. Pretty complex for a session beer.

Bottle BEST BY 05/07/15. Nose is syrupy-fruity and lightly papery, citrus with pine, resin - Mosaic influence is clear. Pours pale golden, touch of haze, with a dense and rocky cream head. Taste of citrus and faint bread/yeast, perhaps some wheat? and light peachy character. Smooth body thinnish for medium, dry to off-dry with malt and hops that, while in good balance, seem to have been cut off below the knees. Touch of bread in the finish, and the fresh hops accumulate with volume. It works well, I think, but it’s also just another in a line of "session IPAs" that are equivalent to the intentionally accessible "American wheat ales" of a decade ago.

Tap is it too hopped or malted. Soft herbal hop. But leafy grass. Light. Fine enough.

On tap at Gainesville HOB. I hope this was just old, because it was bland and not flavorful, with some weird dirty funk on the aftertaste. No thanks.

Bottle. Almost clear gold. The aroma is grassy/floral hops, onion, and some light pine and a cracker malt note. The taste follows with some lemon and onion/garlic on the finish. High carb with a crisp light feel. Very good and sessionable. Light but, flavorful. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. bottle from Dutch’s consumed at home. Pours a clear orange golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma has orange citrus, some florals, and grass. The flavor unfortunately does not have much from the nose; more pale malts, light to medium toasted bread, grass, some herbal character, mild to moderate bitterness, the flavors are not very exciting. There are better session IPAs out there.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate citrus, light florals, pine, and just a hint of dank notes. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a three finger white head that has decent retention. There is a good dose of soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of bready notes. The finish has moderate citrus, light herbal lemon tea, florals, and a touch of pine. It’s light bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, I really find the herbal lemon tea flavors in the finish unappealing. This one just doesn’t work for me.

12oz bottle best by 5/17/15 drank today. Poured a slightly cloudy bronze body with a froth white head. Aroma of fruits, touch of lemon sourness, apricot, grassy hops and onion. Watery mouthfeel, light body and slightly stronger carbonation. Flavor is weak compared ti the aroma, grainy, lemon zest, citrus meat, wet bread. The slight touch of sourness is a bit odd to say the least.

12oz bottle from Luckys Market. Gold pour, white head, minimal stick. Aroma of caramel, herbal, oranges. Tastes of grain, floral, citrus, lemony citrus, grass, tea, lemon. Light and refreshing. Would be a good beach beer.

Pours a hazy orangish yellow body with 2 inches of white foam. Fresh smells of pine, hay, and cut grass. Citrus tastes with grapefruit notes balanced out with a syrupy sweetness. Juicy peaches and nectarines came to mind. Smooth and refreshing IPA that goes down very easily.
