COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

12 oz. bottle from Dutch’s consumed at home. Pours a clear orange golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma has orange citrus, some florals, and grass. The flavor unfortunately does not have much from the nose; more pale malts, light to medium toasted bread, grass, some herbal character, mild to moderate bitterness, the flavors are not very exciting. There are better session IPAs out there.

Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate citrus, light florals, pine, and just a hint of dank notes. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a three finger white head that has decent retention. There is a good dose of soapy webbing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with a quick dose of bready notes. The finish has moderate citrus, light herbal lemon tea, florals, and a touch of pine. It’s light bodied with mild carbonation and a somewhat soft mouthfeel. Overall, I really find the herbal lemon tea flavors in the finish unappealing. This one just doesn’t work for me.

12oz bottle best by 5/17/15 drank today. Poured a slightly cloudy bronze body with a froth white head. Aroma of fruits, touch of lemon sourness, apricot, grassy hops and onion. Watery mouthfeel, light body and slightly stronger carbonation. Flavor is weak compared ti the aroma, grainy, lemon zest, citrus meat, wet bread. The slight touch of sourness is a bit odd to say the least.

12oz bottle from Luckys Market. Gold pour, white head, minimal stick. Aroma of caramel, herbal, oranges. Tastes of grain, floral, citrus, lemony citrus, grass, tea, lemon. Light and refreshing. Would be a good beach beer.

Pours a hazy orangish yellow body with 2 inches of white foam. Fresh smells of pine, hay, and cut grass. Citrus tastes with grapefruit notes balanced out with a syrupy sweetness. Juicy peaches and nectarines came to mind. Smooth and refreshing IPA that goes down very easily.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy golden color with one finger white head. Citrus aroma. Lighter citrus taste, but very good for a session IPA.

12oz bottle, from Dutch’s. Enjoyed just after the 5.7% Single-Wide IPA. Best by date reads 5/07/15. Orange golden color, mildly hazy with lots of fine particles in the body... I didn’t notice that in the regular IPA. Thin off-white head, leaving decent bits of lace. Much like the regular IPA, though, a lot of white bready malt, some grassy hop, mild citrus and mild spiciness. Mild bite. Seeing the tea notes that reggiedunlop mentioned. Moderate bitter taste, light to moderate sweet taste. Medium body, lightly slick. Kind of soft, light to moderate strength carbonation. Alright, but below-average for the style. I much preferred the balance of the Single-Wide. Seemed easier to drink, too.

Mostly clear gold draft at Good Dog. Some foamy head and lace. Body feels modestly full of rich hop flavors. Blonde malts. Reasonably balanced.

Aroma is very citrusy hops in a great way. Pours from tap into a pint glass a golden yellow color with a thick finger of head. Taste is a very fruity hop flavor with a tiny malt background. Really delicious and drinkable. Mouth feel is thin and moderate carbonation.
