COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

At GABF. Who knew a session IPA could be all pine cone? Nice bittering at the end. What a session IPA should be. Rated as session strength.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, grapefruit zest, earthiness and dank bud. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness and light grapefruit zest with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

Not the beer I was hoping from these guys. A little bitter. Pours clear orange with ok head and lacing. Finishes a little sour. On tap at DC Beer Festival.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with thick head that disappears quickly. Aroma of grapefruit, hints of pine and tangerine. Taste of the same. Solid session IPA. Would have to have a few more times to see how it ranks with Founders All day ----Hophaze out

This is a great little pale ale and of those beers being marketed as low-gravity IPAs, Iíd say this is the best Iíve tried so far. Or, in any case, it is the one I am least likely to pinpoint as a lower gravity beer and itís actually one lightest ones as far as alcohol content so good for you, Boulevard. It is a yellow beer and very slightly cloudy witha long-lasting but thin head of small bubbles. This is a classic American hopped beer across the board w/ the requisite aromas of citrus fruits along w/ slight touches of pine and tropical fruit. This is a medium bodied beer but very much on the dry side. Vigorous carbonation lightens the mouthfeel a bit as well. There is just a touch of cookie-dough malt character to balance the hops but there is really not that much balance needed because of rather low bitterness. Itís finish is crisp and clean w/ a lingering citrus note. This beer is great and you can drink a ton of it. What more could you want?

Appearance: clear gold, with a short bright white head. Aroma: juicy, fruity hops (grapefruit, blood orange, light pine), slight honey malts. Taste: crisp green apples, honey smacks, lightly bitter citrus and fresh, clean resin. Finish: smooth and dry, but not overly bitter. Notes: This is an easy-drinking IPA for the ages. Not the hugest fan of the style in general, but this one I could have all day long. Itís definitely an IPA, but Itís not trying to be brutal. Itís trying to be delivious, fresh, balanced, and drinkable. It succeeds on all counts.

Bottle to glass. A hazy light-orange color. A hoppy aroma. A good IPA flavor, with a mango-citrusy sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
