3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Steakout Saloon. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. Quite spicy, grapefruity, a bit piney, fresh hoppy aroma. Big cracker, toasty malty, light lemon, a bit reading hoppy flavor. Pretty good beer.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle with floaties at the bottom easily spun-up. Effervescent hazed gold body with a tall lasting white head. Fruity and flowery sweet onion and garlic and pine and tropical fruit bubble gum. Mostly dry, enjoyably soft, strongly hoppy, not brutally bitter but sharp. Medium body, softly frothy carbonation. Quenching and washing acids are enjoyable. I think the body and balance of expression in this is better than most session IPA / pales, but the go-big high AA new world garlic & onion & bubble gum hop thing is too much for me again.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a clear earthy orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of citrus, both boot yet and sweet, with a light sweet grain backbone. Flavor starts with bitter citrus and just a hint of grapefruit but finish is much more sweet citrus and sweet grains.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle from 6-pack acquired from Berkotís Foods (New Lenox, IL). Pours a mellow hazed darker golden hue. Some fiery orange and darker gold glow on the edges, mellow carbonation bubbles up. Frothy white head atop stays as a decent layer, laces small overall. Aromas show a good dose of citrus, a bit more plain with lemon and grapefruit, firmer florals, touch of spiciness. Mellow bready malt, faint tropical fruit. Some real earthy grass type vibe kinda dumps that Mosaic character off in the weeds though. Solid, even keeled. Initial is lighter end of the fold, some cleaner grainy and bready malt elements make way for a decent dose of citrusy hops. Rind oils and juice start to kick a bit more, gentle tropical fruit. A bit raw and grainy for the cleaner smaller malt body itís offering. Backend is a bit dry, bitter. Some nice hop water presence as this loses a touch of body that these session IPAs generally donít offer, but this one seems to fall off a bit harder. Solid offering but I see myself reaching for an All Day or Lagunitas instead in the future. Solid beer though overall.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - dark gold with a light haze to it - lively pour, with a frothy, well-sustained head - those mosaic hops really pop in the aroma - grass, herbs, mint, so mildly citric citra character - moderate melon rind and a light sweetness - light bodied, but with creamy carbonation from the bottle conditioning - dry, crackery malts - not as bitter as the aroma suggests, but plenty of earthy hop flavors rest atop the malt base - quenching acidity on the approach and in the finish bookend things - doesnít rank in the top tier on session IPAs, but damn close, and itís enjoyable and elegant in itís simplicity (just two row, water, hops, and yeast) - wish this was around in the summer

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a lightly hazy golden with a large foamy white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma of fresh squeezed oranges, grapes, pineapple and loads of other great fruity and citrusy notes. Flavor of citrus, floral hops and bready malt. Moderate hop bitterness. Nice and dry with a cereal grain maltiness. Drink it fresh and pour it into a glass to fully experience the aroma.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled during the Boulevard tour. This is clear and has a golden copper hue. A little foam. I got grain and some hop complexity in the nose. This drinks like a session beer with lighter flavor. Hops are citrus and later become sulfury. Crackers. A nice beer and one that has plenty of flavor to kerp the interest. It also had enough changes and complexity to intrigue.
