COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

This beer pours a slightly hazy orange color with a medium fizzy white head that burns away steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, grapefruit and toasted malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle with floaties at the bottom easily spun-up. Effervescent hazed gold body with a tall lasting white head. Fruity and flowery sweet onion and garlic and pine and tropical fruit bubble gum. Mostly dry, enjoyably soft, strongly hoppy, not brutally bitter but sharp. Medium body, softly frothy carbonation. Quenching and washing acids are enjoyable. I think the body and balance of expression in this is better than most session IPA / pales, but the go-big high AA new world garlic & onion & bubble gum hop thing is too much for me again.
