COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The French-speaking region of southern Belgium is the birthplace of saison, the love child of a centuries-old tradition of small rural "farmhouse" breweries, where native yeasts and time-honored recipes combined to produce some of the world’s most distinctive beers. As a tribute to this artisanal institution, we offer our own brisk, unruly Saison. Truly an artful balancing act, it is both rustic and subtle, robust yet effervescent, spicy and fruity.

From a 750ml bottle into my Boulevard Chalice. Pours a straw-like yellow color with a very nice foamy white head. Good lacing. Light aroma with a citrus nose and nice bready-wheat character. Flavor is what I want in an easy drinking saison. Goes down smooth. Very sessionable. Perfect finish. This is a beer to savor. Sorry they aren’t making it anymore. Have to stock up on whats left in town..
