3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty solid ipa. Great aroma & a very good pour! The body is a touch thin & the bitterness slightly harsh on the palate but making itself known as an ipa. Not bad!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle from one of the cousins in the barrio - pours unfiltered orange with white head and great lacing. Nose is citrus and pine. Sip introduces orange peel and varieties of citrus. Not that bitter but this is over a year old. Quite enjoyable.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A more bitter, less caramelly version of the double-wide. Good hop freshness and floral notes in aroma and flavor.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a foggy golden orange with an average (1-2 finger) white rocky head that slowly receded, down to a light puddled film with a medium collar and very good sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a grain malt, floral hops and a hint of a sweaty yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (grapefruit), a touch of apricot and maybe peach.
The taste was decently malty with a nice caramel sweetness along with a dose of apricot that was present throughout, and then progressed with a very good hoppiness and a slight citrus presence towards the finish. The flavor hung around for a good long time after the swallow, with a bold hoppy citrus bite left to linger on the taste buds for a while longer.
Mouthfeel was a step or two above light in body and distinctively dry in texture with an almost medium carbonation.
Overall this is an exceptionally put together IPA. It possesses all the bitterness a hop lover craves, along with a nice fruity maltiness. This ultimately creates the perfect balance of flavors, creating a superb drinking experience... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz Bottle. The beer pours to a orange slightly cloudy color with a very thick white head. The aroma has citrus, spruce & a cheesy scent to it. The taste is light/ medium with slightly bitter finish. Overall an average IPA for me.
