Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

The beer has a nice and pure IPA look. The color is a beautiful amber, with a reddish glow. The beer is quite clear. You can see minuscule bibles rising towards the top of the beer. The bubbles are surprisingly small. The beer pours a nice thick bright white if very soft fluffy foam. The beer is really sturdy and remains on top of the beer till the end. The smell is amazing. The smell is filled with delicious hop aroma’s, citrusy, grassy and a tiny bit floral. The smell is an incredible blend of sweet, sour and bitter. It is amazing and the perfect IPA smell. It has s tiny touch of something more than IPA, something richer. Perfect. The taste is also nice, but it can’t even come close to the shell. The smell is a few levels higher. The taste is quite bitter, but not to bitter. There is a nice fresh hoppy fruit flavor, a little citrusy. The sweet/sour and bitter hops are delicious. The finish is long and bitter, the delicious fruitiness dies a little to soon. Nice beer.

Tap @ Beertemple. Pours orange golden with an off white head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, peach and some bread. Mild and not aggressive in any way but still with a solid hop profile. The taste is hoppy and grassy with citrus notes, herbs and weak sweet malts. Very laid back ipa.

Hazy amber, fairly large off-white head. Aroma is odd, slightly vinegary, but this doesn’t translate to the palate. Tropical fruit flavours, a little citrus, dried fruit, a little biscuit. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Really nice.

Een jonge frisse Amerikaanse IPA, zoals het hoort. Een goede kleur en schuimkraag.

35cl Bottle at Hoxton Hotel. Clear copper colour, thin white head. Aroma of caramel, crystal malts, citrus hops, light floral. Flavour is sweet, malty, caramel, light sticky, citrus, light pine, bitter finish. Light bodied. Standard sweet oldskool American IPA in my book.
