Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

This is truly one of my favorite beers. Goes well on the deck in the summer or standing with friends in the kitchen in the winter. Absolute stunner in the glass as it grabs light and seems to glow a copper/orange from within. The head leaves a delicate lacing. Hoppy, effervescent and very bright with citrus tones. I’ve had it both from the bottle and the tap and it is equally pleasing from either source. Just make sure the temperature is correct (cold as possible).

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was somewhat hazy yet also slightly clear copper/orange body with a one finger white foamy that once it starts to die a super nice foamy lacing appears to grace the sides of the glass. The smell had subdued hops through some piney tones, slight maltiness comes out as the beer warms. The taste is sweet and smooth through the previously mentioned flavors, bittersweet aftertaste and finish. The palate is light, sessionable, carbonation is good for the style and for me. Overall, Id say mostly good for the style and I’m super glad I came back to this as the first time I had it I thought it was under carbonated and bland - perhaps a bad batch, but now that I’m having it a bit fresher - so much better and so willing to come back to this, solid AIPA.

My wife says it looks like a sunrise - I say copper/orange - she drinks it and sticks her tongue out - I know it's going to be good then - aroma is citrus and pine, taste is piney hops, I like it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The least interesting of the IPAs I had tonight. This one pours blonde with decent head and lacing. Some mild citrus, but mostly just generic hops and malt. Light bitterness. Tap at Rustico.

Bottle. A- Citrus, hops, subtle, spices. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, crisp finish. O- A very good IPA and one of which I find to be very smooth and easy to drink. I do prefer their Double Wide over this one quite a bit, but there is most certainly nothing wrong with this brew. Everything is balanced well and drinks in a session-able way.

330ml bottle. Amber body with a beigeish head. Overall a nice beer, but it feels closer to a Pale Ale than IPA, as it’s quite easy on the hops.

12oz bottle from Georgio’s, Billerica, MA. An amber pour with a loose cream head; tropical fruit aroma; soft tropical fruit taste with a creamy, malty body; some grapefruit and pineapple to finish. A fresh and fruity IPA.
