3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the singles section at Cardinal in Niles. Pours a foamy unclear straw color leaving a lot of foamy lacing. Aroma has citrus and pine with more pine. Taste is of lemony citrus, pine, faint caramel underneath. An easy drinker. Finishes bitter with some sweetness. Not overwhelmingly bitter. Probably better than other times I have had this, but not a top tier IPA; just a easy drinker.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Bishops Arms, Göteborg. Somewhat hazy orange color with a very rich lasting white head. Hoppy citrus aroma, fruity, pear and pineapple, grass notes, grapefruit notes, creamy, some earthy notes and perfume. Hoppy perfume flavor, hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, pine notes, peach, woody, hay, some metal notes. Quite balanced and still fresh. Bitter metal finish with hay, citrus and pine.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured a huge off-white, three finger head with a usual murky orange color. Aroma of the hops is the first thing I got. Well crafted beer with toasted caramel malts and the sweet citrus dance. Clean bitter finish

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Admittedly I’m just starting to get into the world of IPAs. This is a really good one. Not hoppy to the point where that’s all you can taste, but not so light that you don’t know they’re in there. Citrusy nose and palate, some piney notes and a refreshing finish. Solid effort.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. A clear one, almost, dark golden in colour and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Pine cones, citrus peel, resin and pineapple in the aroma, leaving the maltyness in the back. Some biscuity hints. There’s a fine bitterness in the flavor, along with the fruity, piney hoppyness, and crystal malt in the back. A bit on the sweet side maybe. Full body, medium dry, and pleasantly carbonated. Bitter and fruity finish. A really tasteful and pleasant IPA. 120906

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle. Cloudy golden pour with a huge white head. Another great offering from Boulevard. While not as amazing as the "Double Wide" it is still a solid IPA that will satisfy most hop heads.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz bottle. Root beer style head bubbles down to an afterthought. Golden yellow, big lacey beer more clear than hazy. Slightly hoppy aroma, creamy taste for an IPA. A good balance, really liked this one.
