COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

LCRBM 2009. The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Golden, small head. Starts dry and hoppy with bitter notes, a bit soapy. Finish still dry, a bit dusty. Also fresh and flowery. Not bad!

The appearance is a cloudy orange with a good head and lacing on the glass. The aroma is malty with a nice hopiness, fruit and citrus notes come through. The flavor is fairly hoppy and well balanced with the malt, bitterness is not overwhelming. The overall is a good balanced IPA with moderate hopiness that really goes with the malt. Nice IPA.

Thanks to Chris for the bottle! Poured crystal-clear, brighter golden with a creamy, sticky cap of white head.. looked good. The aroma picked up juicy pine, grapefruit, and catty floral hoppage over sweet caramel.. balanced seemed to be there. The flavor had a little sourdough bread along with the caramel at the core.. surrounding bitterness was moderate in the form of green floral, spicy pine, and grapefruit.. finished with some resiny bitterness over candied caramel. Light-medium bodied with a dry, scratchy feel from the hops and carbonation.. balance was solid, and I could see myself drinking more.

Like all IPA’s I’ve had so far, this one reminded a lot of grapefruit. The hops in this one were not as overwhelming as in the other ones, they were more well-rounded, which made it a pretty good drink!

Bottle - Amber with a white head. Fresh aroma with peach and grapefruit. The taste is hoppy with tangy grapefruit and peaches in syrup. The finish is hoppy with a slight sweetness and some aniseed hints.

Medium, off-white head over well-carbonated, orange-golden beer. C-hops, chalk, some spices or garden herbs, not specified. Flattish-sweet, with more hoppy notes, rather than full hoppy flavour. Not a WestCoast IPA, for sure. Medium bodied, very slick. Steven, buy a good load of Amarillo and/or Simcoe, close your eyes, and start adding. No stopping.

Bottle. Poured deep orange with full white head. Much lacing. Citrus, and piney aroma. Light citrus and hop flavour, not as full as one might guess from the aroma. Light bitter finish. Still well worth drinking.

Nice amber coloured body with copper hues and a light tan head. Aroma of fresh hops, a lot of malt, caramel and a bit of citrus. Medium-bodied; Strong assertive hops up front with more subdued and balanced malt behind. Aftertaste shows some caramel, flowers and a mild citrus taste to round out the obtuse hops. Overall, a good, but not outstanding IPA. Heavily hopped, but the malt comes out a lot and the other taste of flavours also shines through. I sampled this beer on draught from TapWerks in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 02-September-2009.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is vegetable and hoppy. Citrusy, yeasty and light caramelish flavoured. Bitter and light citrusy flavoured finish. Bitter and dry.
