Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

What a good beer! The IBU count is integrated into the hay-like (it’s the wheat) malt character to point that if seems somewhere between a pale ale and an IPA. Lots of deep hop character here, not just bitterness. This would be a great jumping off point for someone who was ready to try hoppier beers.

huge foamy head, standard gold hue. aroma is of clean malts foremost suprisingly with subtle resin in the background. flavor is extremely clean and crisp, very well balanced. this makes for a stellar APA and a weak IPA. hops are extremely underwhelming. all the same, this is extremely sessionable and one i would buy often if available.

The color is a dark yellow at top (almost orange) and fades into a light sunflower pedal yellow at the bottom. Very firm, frothy, white head, with beautiful (constant) carbonation. I don’t get much aroma. Very musky...little hop character. I may let it warm a little before I rate it. (Edit: After warming, aroma is still the same) Very light flavor. Lemon citrus flavor, with some buttery notes. The finish is bitter and dry, but refreshing all the same. The body is full. Very drinkable.

(Bottle) Clear; light copper color with medium, white frothy head - good lacing. Floral hop aroma. Light floral hop flavor with a bitter quality that seems unbalanced. Slick texture, moderate carbonation, average duration, bitter finish.

Watery IPA with a bit of a dirty/stressed out yeast character leading to an odd fruitiness and a touch of pepper.

On tap at Nashville’s Music City Brew Festival. A very solid IPA, though not the most unique. Some great citrus hops in this one.

Fruity aroma with the tingle of carbonation. Fairly hazy gold with a big white head. Lots of bittering hops, very clean maltiness, hops live with citrus, and some apricots. Very carbonated. Tart finish from the fruit yeast strain.

Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a barely off-white, rocky head and good lacing. The aroma is light citrus and heavy on the sharp pine hops. The flavor is dominated by hops but is well complimented by some light peppery spice and some caramel sweetness that cuts through just a bit. Expectedly succinct finish. Pretty good.

sharp tasting IPA for sure. Leaves quite a bitter taste on my tongue, but I can still appreciate it as a well made beer. 12 oz. bottle @ 70F.
