COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Good standard IPA. Piney, floral hops aroma dominates all others. Cloudy golden color that shows the particulates if you look close enough. Carbonated and dry feel on the palate. Strong hops bitterness that lingers. Not overly complex but hits the spot if you are in need of an IPA.

Great wheat/hop/malt aroma. Hazy orange color, great big white head. Not too hoppy, zesty, refreshing. This could become a major go to beer in the summer.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with a big creamy head. Aroma is tropical hops with apricot, mango, peach and passion fruit as well as some citusy orange peel. Medium body with average carbonation. Hoppy bitter flavour with grapefruit and apricots, as well as some roasted malts and toffee in the back, and a lingering citrusy bitter finish.

I truly despise forced comments. This rating is intended for my personal use only. Seek enlightenment elsewhere. I swear I taste some dirty British hops somewhere in the mix. Would have been a better experience without. A relatively soft pour left too much carbonation. Felt like my mouth was full of pine needles.

Pours like a yellow pilsner with an off white fine head...yet far from any pilsner, this fine crafted ale has the palate, bite, bitterness and drinkability any hop-head would love. BB: 5/16/14 Drank 2/20/14 Big improvement over Pop-up Session IPA $9.99 multi six pack from Binnys Beverage Depot,

Hazy Cooper color with thin white head. Notes of pine in the smell and taste. End of citrus. My goto IPA in its price range.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2014 Orange Copper color with thin off white head. Zesty orange and pine nose with defined malt layer. A touch of chalk hides among the floral notes. Orange and citrus dominate the initial taste until the the slightly sweet malt creeps in filling out the palate. The body is light to medium filling out as the malt hits. While mostly sharp there is a creamy overtone at the back of the mouth which is followed by a wisp of wheat. Carbonation is mild and in-keeping with the style. The finish for the most part is swift but the citrus bitterness lingers for a short while alongside the wheaty finale. Overall this is good solid beer for those who like an American IPA with just a little assertiveness.

12oz bottle from Julio’s.
Appearance : Clear pale yellow with small foamy white head.
Aroma : Fruity hops with pillowy and expressive malt. Light mineral notes. Slightly grassy.
Taste : Fairly floral and piny. Quite bitter and rather resinous. Finish fairly resinous and bitter with a fair amount of malt. Quite fruity as well. Fairly spicy finish.
Palate : Medium body, slightly sticky mouthfeel. Medium carbonation.
Overall : Quite nice beer. Quite piny and resinous but still well balanced with the malts. Quite drinkable and tasteful. Nice beer.

Draft pour at RFD. I know I’ve had this one before, just this is the first chance I’ve had to rate it. Aroma is light sweet malts, balanced with some pretty awesome citrus and pine character. Flavor was light fruits, yeast character. Spice character. Pretty tasty!
