4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Single Wide is nectar for the gods. You know, the hops, the citrus goodness in the taste is too soon forgotten, and I know I can buy more, so I do. Just to make sure how good it is, more is required. Boulevard does a top notch job in brewing Single Wide. You have to give them all of the credit. I thank them for Single Wide every day.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear pale amber with three fingers of rocky white head, good retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is citrus, tropical fruit, light bready malt, lightly grassy. (7/10) Taste is mild sweet, moderate bitter. (7/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (3/5)
A decent implementation of a fairly standard style of A/IPA. The citrus could be brighter and the tropical fruit could be fruitier, but no real negatives. (14/20)

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 7/19/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of pine/citrus rind bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, pine, light caramel, toasted bread and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and robustness of bright citrus/tropical hops and light-moderate bready malt flavors; with a nice crisp malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice IPA. All around great complexity and balance of bright citrus/tropical/piney hops and light-moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours clear, golden-amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, orange and grapefruit. Taste is sweet, malty, light citrus notes and grassy undertones. Light body, average carbonation, slightly sticky and watery in texture. Really nice, light, session-able IPA.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not super impressed and I expected more from this. Pours an orange tinged orange with a off white head. The aroma is nice and hopped up with glorious citrus and tropical fruits. Light pine reins, caramel and sweet flavours. Good citrus emphasis. Overall an enjoyable brew.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Nose is muted - resin, some citrus. Taste is resin, herbal, some citrus, grapefruit, clementine and a very nice dry lightly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is good.
It’s a very nice IPA, but there are lots about. I was hoping for something a little more exciting on offer given this is one of two Boulevard beers I have seen in the UK.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
The Double-Wide IPA pours a mostly cloudy maize color with a thick frothy eggshell white head that lasts a long while. The aroma is floral, citrus and fresh bread. The flavor is floral, citrus, bread and caramel. The beer is a little on the thin side. Overall Double-Wide is a nice brew with solid flavor and aroma.

Not my fav style. Good head. Dry and bitter. One is plenty for me. Might save the rest for after mowing the lawn.

Loved it. From the time it was set in front of me I could tell I was going to drink a good beer. Well balanced. Hop aroma and flavor was exactly what I expect in an IPA.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Lemony aroma. Clear light gold color. Good body. Bitterness is a little prickly. Some pine & grapefruit rind in the flavor. Good IPA, although not among the ranks of the best.
