COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Single Wide is nectar for the gods. You know, the hops, the citrus goodness in the taste is too soon forgotten, and I know I can buy more, so I do. Just to make sure how good it is, more is required. Boulevard does a top notch job in brewing Single Wide. You have to give them all of the credit. I thank them for Single Wide every day.

Yeasty edge to the flavour, actually quite nice. Nice bitterness. Good beer that isn’t a fruit explosion

SAMPLE 50ml at a tasting (Past BB date). Lots of caramel biscuity malts and only a shade of hops. Lightish body. Not bad even when the hops hd faded.

rauchbier (3750) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2016
Bottle, from Morrisons. Gold, fluffy and sustained white head and gentle condition. Initial aromas of sawdust, grapefruit, hop resin, sweet grain and tangy pineapple in the nose, quite dry in the mouth with a powdery chalkiness, over a bed of honeyed sweet grain and a slightly bohemian hoppiness, some slight lemony citrus notes come through with time, and a gentle yeast bite develops, finish is long dry and bitter with some muted citrus hop notes.

Bottle. Medium body, medium bitterness. Love the dry hops balanced with fruit, malt and sugar. It’s very drinkable.

12oz bottle poured into a stemmed tulip glass on 10-May-2016. Hazy golden amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of grain, pine and citrus. Medium body and carbonation. Light hoppy bitterness up front followed by a sweet tropical fruit flavour. Mango, orange and grapefruit with a little caramel. Dry finish. Not bad but pretty average.

355 ml bottle, served in snifter glass. Poured a cloudy amber with an 3 finger off white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma: grapefruit, orange peels, citrus, mango. Taste: Continuation of the aroma with additional notes of caramel, herbs, medium bitterness, grass, lemon peels. Somewhat watery mouthfeel. Light body with a short spicy bitter finish. Ok, but nothing special about this IPA.
