Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

95. Why? I’m biased, as a kansas city resident where a six pack of this is less than a California craft draft plus tip in a sports bar. Of cousre, I should buy more six packs of boulevards finest beer. Why? Pours the color of a shiny wood floor. Tastes like the floor gave way and I fell into a pit of hopeful laughter. This is my go to.

(Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A.) Bottle 355 ml at home, served into a teku, ABV 5.7% Deep orange colour on the body, quite hazy. More than two fingwrs tall, thick and white head with great retention. Aroma oflight ctrus, caramel, malts, biscuit, light pine. Taste is mildly sweet at first, with biscuit, caramel, light fruity notes, becomes slightly bitter towards the finish with some grass. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite good.

335ml bottle: BBD 20 Apr 16. Drank on 1 Oct 15 in The Crown Inn, Oakengates Shropshire. Surprised to see it on offer, so had to try it. Old gold body with a slight haze, might have been over chilled and shuck before getting into my hands, the head was white and it tried to last a while. Hops all the way here, bitter and dry aftertaste with very little malt action to be found. I liked it, a bit too highly carbonated for my palate but otherwise a pleasant beer from a brewery new to me.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Smells hops, citrus, fruity, fresh, sweetish, slightly tropical fruits, nice. Tastes bitter, malts, slightly watery. Lacking fruityness, could use more body. Still not bad though. Soft to medium carbo.

Flesje jumbo. Troebel amberkleurig. Kleine witte kraag. Fruitig (ananas). Klein pepertje. Veel koolzuur. Toch vrij vlak verder.

Drinking blind from a 355ml bottle. In the aroma hop, citrus, geraniums. The clear orange beer has a small white head. Mainly hop bitterness in the taste. High carbonated.
