COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Pours rich, yet hazy, gold with large white head leaving spotty lacing. Strong citrus and floral aromas. Medium sweetness with medium but pleasing bitterness. Light boddied with an average carbonation, finishes with a lingering bitterness. Overall, pleasing to all senses; the sweet, citrus flavors complement the bitter hops to create a satisfying drinking experience.

Bottled. 10cl sample. The aroma has some grapefruit, lemon, bit grass, bit biscuit. Clear, golden coloured beer with a medium, white head. The taste is moderate bitter, has citric fruitiness, some biscuit/grainy maltiness. Light dry body. Could use some more aroma.

Bottle. Golden pour. Faint aroma of citrus and grass. Taste is a bit thin, with grassy citrus, grain and some orange. Too simple and thin.

From a bottle. Pours hazy golden amber with a thick, frothy off white head. Tastes like topical fruits, hop resin, mellow grapefruit and pine hops, and cereal malt. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like tropical fruits, grapefruit hops, light resin, and cereal malt.

Aroma of a floral IPA. Pleasantly hopped taste and smooth, just the right amount of carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle 355ml. Golden colour with a firm bright white head. Aroma has strong hints of dry hops and citrus fruits. The taste, according to the aroma is refreshing. A strong bitterness is accompanied by a sour hint which reminds of lemon and oranges. Nice one!

Draft to pint. Looks good; a mostly transparent golden orange with foamy eggshell head. Smells bittersweet with the hops covering the bitter side and the malt covering the sweet. Some citrus too. Tastes like it smells, but less hoppy, with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. A decent example of the style.

Goud helder bier met een goede witte schuim kraag. Ruikt zoet fruit, hop. Smaakt zacht en bitter. Fruitig.
