COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Solid IPA. This ipa has a great balance of hops and citrus undertones. Overall good brew.

Very clean, late ’40’s neon graphics on the label. Squat 12 oz bottle. Clear, light citrine color, thin white head. Fresh, hoppy, but generic AIPA aroma. Fairly bitter, citrus pith, nicely hopped. Tangerine tones. Some off, sulphury notes. Starchy mouthfeel that turns a little acidic, then falls off rapidly. Gets a lot fruitier as it warms. Not bad, generally pretty clean, a safe choice at the grocery but not the one to pick when you’ve got a choice of 75 taps. Last rating for November 2014, alas. ABC, Bull Run.

Pours a pale orange with some haze. Aroma is mild citrus. Taste follows the nose with a very light malt backbone. There is a nice bitterness and the finish is dry. The body is light to medium. If you are a fan of the tropical fruit and floral ipas this beer isn’t for you but overall it is clean, crisp and refreshing. Nothing earth shattering but enjoyable nonetheless.

Copper. Thin head. Grapefruit rinds. Cascade hops? Pretty standard american ipa.

Pint pour, straw yellow, white head. Nose is bright hop forward with a little spiciness in the hops... I know the hop varietal, I just can’t place it. Citrus flavor ad definitely hop forward. Not a ton of malt in the mouth, it’s got a nice bright hop. Citrus and light grassiness. I dig it.... My name is Julius Pepperwood. I’m from Chicago. Thin crust pizza, no thank you. Pours clear orange-amber with a thin white head, good retention, very fine lacing. Pine resin, grass, biscuit, caramel aromas. Medium body, smooth, lightly dry. Lightly sweet, lingering medium bitter finish. Enjoyable hop profile, but otherwise pretty mellow.

Bottle into a tulip. Cloudy goldenrod, ample white, frothy head. Piney, light citrus. Some light mustiness. Reasonably bitter, decent amount of underlying sweetness. Medium body, some oiliness, some chewiness, not a ton of carbonation. Good amount of acidity. Reasonably long finish. Decently well balanced, good.

Poured a deep gold color with a thick head. Its aroma isn’t typical of an IPA. It was quite grassy and malty, yet it had very faint floral and citrusy aromas as well. Flavor is mostly citrusy hops. That grassiness is also in the flavor as well.

More of a pale ale than an ipa. This one is hopped very well for me, but easy drinking. Would purchase again.
