COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Mixed six from Total Wine. Golden color with huge foamy head (could be user error on the pour). Nice aroma of grass, pine, and citrus. A bit of bitterness that builds with the finish. Pleasant beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with a medium off white head. Aroma of floral notes, grapefruit, light pine and hops. Taste much the same as the aroma. Nice IPA.

Bottle from case picked up at Frank Smith’s. Pours clear copper to burnt orange with nice foam that lingers. Nose is mild tropical fruits and aleldehydes. First sip is sweet malt, juicy fruits with hints of spruce in the finish.

Look: pours a golden color. Very clear. White head. Smell: pine. Fruity. Slight citrus fruit. Taste: bitter in front. Jut over whelming bitter. Citrus fruit. Tangerine. Oranges. Ginger ale. Feel: Very dry. Leaves a thick film on the mouth. A strange ginger ale feel. Overall: ok beer. Too dry for me. Strange fruit I can't identify. First drank: home 9/14/14

Bottle into hotel cup, clear golden-coppery color with off-white head. Aroma of strong fresh floral/citrus/piney hops and malt sweetness. Taste is a strong floral hop hit, kind of a earthy maltiness ending with a pleasant spicy bitterness. Light-medium body, moderate carbonation, dry with bitter finish. Mild IPA flavor with above average bitterness, tasty.

Bottle from GBBF 2014. Poured a pale golden colour, with a big, dense white head. Aroma of fresh hops, grass and citrus. Grainy flavours, with some hay and melon. Finish was peal, bitter resin and straw.

Aroma - PIney, fruity aroma - very good. Appearance - Golden color with a half finger of creamy white head. Taste - Great balance between malt and hops. Great lingering after-taste. Palate - medium body feel, lively carbonation with a nice bitter after taste. Overall - A very good beer, would definitely have again.

Pleasant IPA with lots of grapefruit in the decidedly hoppy aroma and flavor. Long bitter finish that remains fruity. Aftertaste lasts forever.

Aroma is pretty complex. Floral, citrus and pine hops, with some very lightly toasted malts. Pours a pleasant orange with a foamy white head that recedes quickly. Very little lacing. Taste follows the aroma. Leads with floral notes, followed by some weaker citrus. A little bitter. Resiny pine. Would’ve liked to see a little bit more after the nice aroma. Light to medium body. Goes down easy. Overall this was my first brew from Boulevard, and it’s not a must have IPA, but it is very good. I’ll definitely look for more from them.

Not the top of my list but a good solid IPA style with a middle range bitterness, a little sweet for my tastes, some citrus notes, and a mild citrus aroma. Good beer.
