COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Single-Wide I.P.A. is our take on a style that originated in 18th century Great Britain. This American version—inspired by our Smokestack Series Double-Wide I.P.A.—boasts a heady combination of six varieties of hops, some of which were employed for dry-hopping.

Lightly hazed, bright amber appearance with a large, off white head and good lacing. Resinous hop aroma with citrus in the background. Role reversal for the taste; citrus flavors are more prominent with a subtle sweetness beneath the surface. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, carbonation is decent and the lingering aftertaste is dry and bitter.

Not the top of my list but a good solid IPA style with a middle range bitterness, a little sweet for my tastes, some citrus notes, and a mild citrus aroma. Good beer.

Type: 12-oz. bottle Glass: Pint mug From: Total Wine in Ballantyne (Charlotte), N.C. Price: $1.99 Purchased: July 30, 2014 Consumed: July 30, 2014 Misc.: Enjoy by Dec. 7, 2014 Poured a honey, caramel semi-clear color with 3-to-4 fingers of rocky white heat. Some bubbles coming up from the bottom. Great foamy layered lacing along the sides of the glass. Good retention on the top all the way down. Smelled wet Cascade hops, soapy notes, floral hops, earthy rye hops, citrus hops, caramel, lime and soapy pine. Tasted wet Cascade hops, soapy pine, floral hops, citrus hops, Centennial hops and caramel malts. Light-to-medium body. Creamy-to-oily texture. Average-to-soft carbonation. Abrupt finish. Not as good as I was hoping, but OK.

A golden amber color with an off white, almond color head. Excellent head retention. A complexity of floral hops with a nice biting finish. Complimented with Manchego cheese brings out the hop bouquet. A very crisp body with a light fizz ... very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Ledo. Pours a hazy dark golden orange color with lasting white foam head. Head retention is a 10, not going anywhere. Aroma is citrus oil and hop bitterness. Flavor is mild IPA profile, with slightly higher acidity. Bitter citrus finish.

Great wheat/hop/malt aroma. Hazy orange color, great big white head. Not too hoppy, zesty, refreshing. This could become a major go to beer in the summer.

I truly despise forced comments. This rating is intended for my personal use only. Seek enlightenment elsewhere. I swear I taste some dirty British hops somewhere in the mix. Would have been a better experience without. A relatively soft pour left too much carbonation. Felt like my mouth was full of pine needles.
