COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double-Wide I.P.A. uses Columbus and Magnum hops for both bittering and aroma with Chinook hops added in the whirlpool. It is dry hopped with generous amounts of Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops. The resulting beer has a hop forward aroma, redolent of peach and apricot. The assertive flavor bursts with the citrus qualities of blood orange and lemon with a slight caramel malt backbone to balance the intense hop flavor. There is little restraint in the flavor of this beer; it is certainly not for the pedestrian palate.

Hazy orange pour with a soapy head. Fruity nose. Flavor is packed with citrus and other fruits hovering over a malty, caramel base. Alcohol is masked really well and it is highly drinkable.

Bottle 0,75l. Pours a clear amber colour with a big foamy head on top with massive lacing. Aroma has citrus, pines, tropical fruits, sweet toffee malts and grapefruit. Taste starts with sweet fruits and toffee malts, then zesty grapes and citrus kick in before bitter pines, hops and floral ending. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

une bière forte à tout points de vu! forte en alcool, chargé de goûts de grains multiple et une amertume qui ne laisse pas indifférant. tout ce à quoi je m’attend d’une double ipa

On tap at baileys. Hazy rose/amber with a dense off-white cap, nice lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus zest, caramel, bubblegum, pine needles, juice. Taste is a forward fruity sweetness with a soft approaching hop/citrus bitterness. Medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Sustained dry finish. Brilliant balance.

Very well balanced DIPA; great malt balance for a DIPA. That said, I actually like my IPAs balanced and DIPAs overly hoppy. Because of this personal preference, this isn't in my first tier of DIPAs. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Hazy copper with a huge yellowish head. Orange and caramel nose. Starts out moderately sweet, but follows a more complex route with some sourness, smoke and citrussy hop bitterness. Mellow citrus. Original.

12oz bottle thanks to Lukaduke! Pours dark clear ruby red with big 3 finger head. Nose is sweet malty fruit, medicinal cherry, hints of piney lemon. Taste is heavy malt, sweet robitussin cherry, cranberry, touches of pine and citrus. Finish is bitter and sweet fruity malt. Well made but just not a big fan of this style ipa.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange copper with a small white head. Aroma is mild but nice for a dipa, apricots pine apple and some grape and caramel. Taste is dry of grape & pine with refreshing carbonation. Dry aftertaste, distinct grape and orange bitterness. Well balanced but lacks some dipa sweetness

Cloudy orange, small pale head. Grapefruit aroma. Distinctly bitter but pretty well balanced, and once again a lot of blood grapefruit. Quite dry, medium carbonation. Bit dry, but still a very good DIPA.

Slightly orange brown with a foamy white head. Generous lacing. Nose is faint fruity hop. Taste is fairly bitter, but milder than most west coast IPAs. Medium body, vigorous carbonation. Good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
