4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
My girlfriend told her mom to get me a double IPA, she had no idea what to get and got me this. Needless to say she should go on more of my beer runs, this beer I have never seen in Wisconsin and I wish they had it up there because it is a really great double IPA

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a bright, orange color with a thick, white head. Strong, hoppy aroma with a good sense of tart and grapefruit. Thick, hoppy taste with a strong sense of citrus. Chewy. A very, very good double IPA.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured into an ipa glass. Deep orange in color with a light khaki head. While swirling the glass about I smell pine, juicy fruits, sweet caramel malt and just a touch of baked bread. Taste is exuberant, with resin, pineapple, green grapes, sweet turbinado sugar and just a touch of hop bite. The malt backbone is really firm which balances the hop profile well. Thuroughly impressed with this one. Well done Boulevard!

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Wonderful juicy fruity aroma. Caramel taste with some pine notes, peach, booze, fairly sweet with some bitter hints only in the finish. Pretty good.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared with Brian at the house. Snifters. Pours a deep amber with haze and solid two finger head. Aroma is pine and slight fruity hoppiness, small amount of dark breads and malts, hint of paper. The taste is very well balanced with the pine, citrus hops and the malty finish. Hint of caramel after the fruity and pine hops hit you first. Moderate mouth and carbonation. Finish is slight bitter. Well done. Would love to try the brett version.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours an opaque tea color with a healthy white head. Very smooth for the ABV and a great use of flavoring hops which is the way I like my IPAs. There is the typical grapefruit but also some lemon & orange fruits. The bitterness is well balanced & smooth. Great!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Pours hazy copper with minimal head. Piney hop smell with some sweetness...maybe toffee? Taste same with dry bitter finish. Okay beer...not my style.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a bottle with a best by date of 3/11/2015.
Aroma - not a whole lot on the aroma...hints of some tropical fruit and pine, but not nothing dominate.
Appearance - Orangish/reddish color to it. Slightly hazy.
Taste - for a DIPA, I almost got a black licorice taste to it. I enjoyed it.
Palate - Light bodied for DIPA...definitely has a nice after taste to it.
Overall - I enjoyed this beer, but missing aroma for me to give it an "A" beer.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from WOB Ft. Myers. Pours a dark hazy red with a thick creamy head. Aroma is very rich mostly spruce with a bit of toasty malts. Body is light and wet with a bit of carbonation that makes an appearance at the back of the throat. Flavor is initially light which rises to a strong piney hop profile in the middle and fades nicely. The exhale is pretty mild but really highlights the depth of the flavor and makes you want to take another sip.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle pours a cloudy copper color. With very nice off-white fluffy head that lasts long. Nice Pine and some sweet toffee aromas. Full-bodied with some alcohol burn. Pine dominates the hop flavor A bit harsh in the end. Not great.
