12oz bottle via trade with radarsock. Poured a great looking hazy gold body with a huge fluffy bright white head that just doesn’t quit and leaves gobs of lace everywhere. Aroma is nice, barnyard funkiness, lemons, hay, honey, flowers, tangerine meat, limes. Medium bodied with softer carbonation at first that picks up a bit towards the backside and a long lingering dry after taste. Flavor of toast, honey, citrus rinds, dry tangerine, flowers, yeast, barnyard. Good stuff here.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 deaconmike (68) - Roswell, USA - MAY 21, 2013
Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Cloudy straw color, big frothy head that disapates fairly quickly into a nice cap; some splotchy lacing. Aroma is very appealing - Belgian yeast and citrus (lemony), also a little spice, maybe clove. Nice balanced taste - Belgian yeast, citrus (again - lemon to me), biscuit, a touch of soap. The finish is spicy, hoppy bitterness, somewhat dry. Very enjoyable beer.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 BitchPls (244) - FINLAND - MAY 18, 2013
Clear, see through orange yellow beer with a very big foamy head. A very big aroma of Finnish home made mead with raisins, citrus and floral notes. Medium to full body with a good drinkability. Yeast, citrus, mild bitterness, crispiness and a hint of sourness all in perfect balance. Just a beautiful beer! I’m having this while watching the Eurovision song contest and this beer suits it fine! This is spring in a bottle - refreshing, energetic and brings happiness to your life! ;)
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 AZBennett (88) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAY 17, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with a big white head that dissipates but leaves about a quarter inch for good measure. Aromas are fruits (predominately grapefruit and orange peel) coriander and other miscellaneous spices. Flavor is spice then grapefruit/citrus and a light malt note that is more akin with bread and soap then caramel. Palate is nice and light with just a tad undercarbonation for the style. Overall, an absolute stellar beer in a style I don’t always favor, yet this would be in the top every single time!
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Minderbinder (824) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 16, 2013
Bottle 750ml.
Pours golden with good white head. Aroma and taste are of fruits, malt, belgian yeast, citrus. Palate: light-medium body. Overall: Pretty good. Intense yeast action, resulting in interesting fruit notes.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 EricTeusink (116) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 15, 2013
I was able to taste this saison while taking my beer snobbery to new heights. I was at an event serving free beer, all of which was terrible. Instead of suffering through a flavorless evening, I headed down to the hotel bar and found this little gem available. Pour a hazy yellow with plentiful head. The palate had that wonderful bubbly consistency that keeps me coming back to farmhouse brews. Flavor was spicy, sweet, and savory all at once. This may become my go to farmhouse ale. Bottle - Proof & Provision - Atlanta, GA

A very enjoyable drink. The 8.5% is very subtle and not present. A crisp golden reflection makes for a pleasant pour. I loved the faint citrus taste. The finish is a clean earthy grass taste. Similar to The Bruery Mischief. Very pleased!
