3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Muddled sunshine yellow body with amber tints & a huge, foamy white head that piles up nice & high. Aroma is a Belgian yeast bomb... Bubblegum, white pepper spice, wet cotton, spicy fruit esters, mushy banana, & a little bit of pear skin. Clumpy, almost bread-like yeast & malty notes in the back-end. Taste is similar, with sharp yeast esters up front, banana & pear mostly with a slight earthiness. Light peppery spice, sweet bubblegum notes, some dry straw & hay hitting with a tiny bit of cotton funk. Spicy Belgian yeast, all day. Chunky, chewy body, very nice... A pretty good farmhouse ale. I’m not always a fan of the yeast bombs but this was never too spicy or too heavy.

Pours a cloudy gold with soft white head (on tap). Head dissipates fairly quickly, but doesn’t go completely away. Aroma of hops, spice, and wheat. Taste - citrus, resin hop immediately then followed by spiciness of yeast on finish. Really nice.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice orangey golden color with a pillowy thick white foam that rocks hard ! The nose is full of fieldgrass, hay some mellow lemongrass, citrus and light peppery spice. The palate follows with a light refreshing body but a ton of flavor. Great dusty hay, grass, floral honey, dandelion and a brightness of fruit well integrated into the beer. Beautiful rustic finish, dry peppery and a nice hint of bitterness ! Great Beer !

Bottle from Vinmonopolet, Oslo. Utterly good-looking with a huge white sticky head, slowly reducing to a foam island with fluffy lacing covering the glass. Slightly hazy, metallic golden/orange colour. Fruity aroma with grapefruit, mango, orange, lemon, yeast, sweet dough. Medium body, soft carbonation. Taste is rich, bitter-sweet, juicy and yeasty with a slightly tongue-drying finish with lemon zest associations

The Tank 7 farmhouse ale fram Boulevard is a saison, or farmehouse ale, depending on where you come from i guess. Either way, the definition of a saison suits this beer.
When pouring it has a champagne like head, light and white. This beer should be served at a slightly higher temprature than you would the normal lager beers. This allows the fruity flavors to come forward. There is also a slight hop aroma to this beer, and served cool, it is easier to notice. The main aroma are complex, some fruits and bananas, but also a spicy note.
The taste is dry, you get some of the fruitiness. The body is very light. Easy to dring despite being 8.5 % ABV.
