COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment that’s just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard it’s fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were developing variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

My go to saison that is so refreshing every time. Hazy golden in color with a nice tight white head. Initial peppery aromas give way to hay and cheese. Sharp acidic bite accentuated by the hops. Finishes slightly dry with some malt sweetness, that leaves me refreshed but still wanting to drink more of it!

750 ml bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with AMPLE white head. Smells solid; Belgian yeast, grapefruit hops, and spices. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

Pale straw yellow, yellow, yellow with a frothy white head that bubbles out in its own sweet time. Aroma is sweet fruity malt. Tastes sharp floral citrus and bread with a slightly bitter alcohol backbone. Shades of a hefe with a less sweet finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pure elegance! Well balanced. For all pther saisons, look to tank 7! Dry, hints of citrus, gras, spice. Nice hop addition! Its tricky to add hops in a saison but bouleward nailed it! Just the right amount. Smooth. Could drink tank 7 all night long

Aromas of flowers, bananas, cloves, and apples. Clear gold with a lasting white head. Dry, somewhat fruity, and with a touch of spiciness. Light bodied with cushy carbonation, and a clean, refreshing finish.

Shared with geophagus & Janek_Poducha Golden not perfectly clear, fantastic, big, strong, very long lasting foam, fruity aroma, some yeast, spices, light bitterness, very lightly sweet and sour, dry, average carbonation, medium body, long bittersweet tartish finish Overall: this is great beer, don’t know why but I get a little trippleish feel from it (percentage? aroma?)

(Bottle 0.355 l / 1/3 of a bottle) Looks great. Golden, medium hazed color. Huge, impressive, thick, white, slowly falling head, lacing. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, oily texture. Aroma: Very complex. Fresh and crisp. First, strong hoppy, full of citrus, grapefruit. Next, light yeasty, soft to medium notes barnyard, hay. Taste: Complex, citrus hops, moderate sourness, spicy, barnyard, slightly alcohol. Soft bitterness. Hoppy beer with delicate, very pleasant brett character. Medium long, a bit sour, citrus and bitter finish, pleasant hoppy aftertaste. Strong but easy to drink.
