Pretty much a Delirium Tremens clone, just not quite as polished. I say it doesn’t have a very good aroma, but the taste makes up for it.

Fruity aroma and a nice golden appearance with a thick white head. Just the right amount of bitter!

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white ring that quickly disappears. Aroma is yeast, grains and small funk. Taste is light a crisp, dry palate with yeast spiciness. Really pleasant and just something to waste the night away.

This is actually my first farmhouse ale and if I didn’t know better, blind review I would have thought it was an IPA. The fruity, hoppy aroma was superb. Loved it. Cloudy, golden color with a thick, white head. Lace was average. Migher than avg on carbonation. That first sip was lively. Hoppy flavor matched the aroma. Moderate bitterness lingered. I don’t have any others I’ve had to compare but overall a very decent ale.

Golden straw color with a very thick white head. Goes down smooth and has higher carbonation than most beers this style that I’ve had. Not too happy but enough to add a slight bitterness in the end. It is slightly warming as it goes down. There’s a bready, fruity, dirt taste that blends together to make a good farmhouse ale.

Pours with a beautiful color and thick head. Tastes sweet to start and then hits you with the hops.

Lovely hints of bubble gum. Love the yeast profile. Straw colored beer with nice thick head that doesn’t disappear quickly. Great warm taste, fit the sasion profile but come through very smooth and not harsh/hot like most saisions. Try it if you see it people.

Straight out of the bottle with a couple slices of pizza at the local Earthfare market. Single out of the beer cooler was pretty close to the right temp to drink this style, and it was great. Crisp and dry yeasty taste with a hint of spice, maybe coriander. Now I need to go buy one and put in the proper glass to see what it looks like. Hard to find good American made Belgian styles that aren’t too sweet, so this is a home run for my palate.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
750ml bottle. Aroma: heavy malt, bread, caramel, light hop, heavy yeast, alcohol. Appearance: large off-white head, excellent lacing, cloudy yellow. Taste: short duration, heavily sweet, moderately acidic. Palate: medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, maybe a slightly chalky finish. Love this beer! Great for style and overall too.

750 into HF stemware. Pours a clear golden orange. Smell is peppery, banana esters, grain, and yeast. Taste is citrus, banana, malt, and butterscotch. Good carb, dry finish. Think this is way past its prime unfortunately.
