4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 beerskinner (24) - North Dakota, USA - MAR 16, 2011From the tap, a tasty brew to quaff if there ever was one. Single Wide is really good, great hops, great citrus flavors, good finish to it. Tank 7 goes the extra mile. Had a glass full and it tasted like God brewed the stuff. Boulevard gets an A+ for Tank 7.

Clear, see through orange yellow beer with a very big foamy head. A very big aroma of Finnish home made mead with raisins, citrus and floral notes. Medium to full body with a good drinkability. Yeast, citrus, mild bitterness, crispiness and a hint of sourness all in perfect balance. Just a beautiful beer! I’m having this while watching the Eurovision song contest and this beer suits it fine! This is spring in a bottle - refreshing, energetic and brings happiness to your life! ;)
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 AZBennett (78) - Chandler, Arizona, USA - MAY 17, 2013
Pours a hazy yellow with a big white head that dissipates but leaves about a quarter inch for good measure. Aromas are fruits (predominately grapefruit and orange peel) coriander and other miscellaneous spices. Flavor is spice then grapefruit/citrus and a light malt note that is more akin with bread and soap then caramel. Palate is nice and light with just a tad undercarbonation for the style. Overall, an absolute stellar beer in a style I don’t always favor, yet this would be in the top every single time!

Bottle 750ml.
Pours golden with good white head. Aroma and taste are of fruits, malt, belgian yeast, citrus. Palate: light-medium body. Overall: Pretty good. Intense yeast action, resulting in interesting fruit notes.

I was able to taste this saison while taking my beer snobbery to new heights. I was at an event serving free beer, all of which was terrible. Instead of suffering through a flavorless evening, I headed down to the hotel bar and found this little gem available. Pour a hazy yellow with plentiful head. The palate had that wonderful bubbly consistency that keeps me coming back to farmhouse brews. Flavor was spicy, sweet, and savory all at once. This may become my go to farmhouse ale. A very enjoyable drink. The 8.5% is very subtle and not present. A crisp golden reflection makes for a pleasant pour. I loved the faint citrus taste. The finish is a clean earthy grass taste. Similar to The Bruery Mischief. Very pleased!

12 oz bottle from Wilbur’s into a Duvel tulip. Golden and hazy with a fluffy white head and patchy lacing. The aroma is spicy hops, grass/herbs, earthy yeast, citrus fruit and biscuits. Similar flavor, tangy, fruity, light hops and lightly tart. Light to medium body with a smooth, crispy, carbonated feel and a dry, lingering finish. No trace of the 8.5%, pretty easy to drink, one of the best I’ve had from Boulevard.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a four inch white head. Taste is of yeast, wheat, grass, grapefruit, spice, pepper, hops and fruit. Similar aroma. Has a decent body. The finish is a bit dry, bitter and spicy. Easy to drink and quite enjoyable, but a bit subdued.
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Tortman18 (81) - Batavia, Illinois, USA - MAY 7, 2013
22oz. bottle. Pours a hazy, golden yellow with a big, frothy white head, that dissipates slowly to a mound. Decent amount of carbonation. Nose is very pleasent. Very citrusy and fruity. Grapefruit, banana, orange zest. Mouth is decent. Citrusy and malty with an interesting bread like finish.
