Mouth is all citrus with a mild-to-moderate bite up front. The citrus drives through, and picks up a somewhat dry finish. Good balance and quite refreshing.

Kaatuu lasiin kullankeltaisena ja hieman sameana, vaahto on kolmen sormen paksuinen ja hienoa mosaiikkipitsiä jättävä sekä pinnalle ohuena kerroksena jäävä. Upean näköinen olut. Hajussa tuntuu vahvana puumainen havuisuus sekä sitrus. Trooppisempaakin hedelmää on hieman joukossa. Myös belgisaisonin mausteinen ja karviaismainen hiivaisuus tuoksuu taustalla. Maku on vahvemmin belgin suuntaan kääntyvä, siitä löytyy sitrusmaista, mausteista ja marjaista (karviaista ja marjapensaan lehteä) hiivaisuutta, jota tukemassa on jenkkiläisempi sitrusmainen sekä parfyyminen humalointi, lievää pihkaisuuttakin on havaittavissa. Suutuntuma on hiilihappoinen, mutta kuitenkin todella öljyinen, humaloinnin nipistellessä suussa, erinomainen fiilis. Hieno hybridi, jossa maut nivoutuvat loistavasti yhteen ja suutuntuma sekä ulkonäkö hipovat täydellisyyttä.

Really good and unique Saison. Very fruity and yeasty aroma. This was a refreshing beer. Clear straw color with a full white head. Medium weight with good carbonation and a crisp finish. Good mix of flavors. Light fruitiness with grains and a nice spicy, peppery finish. The alcohol was really well hidden and I could drink a couple of these.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow. Slightly pale yellow. Tastes a bit like pears. Pretty refreshing farmhouse.

Bottle. Hazy gold, with bountiful white airy cap that rests to a rocky froth. Great barn funk, orange and lemon. Taste is mild citrus and yeast, but mostly grassy.

Well done. Pours clear yellow with fluffy head. Aroma is dull citrus and musty. Goes down easy with a dry Belgian yeast finish.

12oz. Bottle. Pours yellow/golden, hazy and mucho frothiness. Aroma is light but the flavor is bursting with Belgian-style ales. There's a hint of grapefruit bitterness and spicy notes. Hops are minimum but present. Excellent beer, not much of a fan of Saison style beers however this is a must.

Bottle shared at Colonel Mustard, april 23rd 2013. hazy golden with a chunky white head that says never give up. Aroma is funky with orange, barnyard, leather and herbs, excellent. Good yeasty taste, pepper, banana, fruit, herbal taste and lemon peels, wheat, in a good complexity. Good dry bitterness, aftertaste of clove and fruit. This beer was way better than I expected, and I just love it when that happens!

Golden pour with a lacy thick head. Bright hay aroma and floral with a solid resin finish. It is honestly hard to find a brew of this style better than Tank 7. It is almost impossible to pass on it for a great weekend summer brew. Only thing I would rather drink in Saison-Brett in the middle of August.
