Poured right inside by our Boulevard Brewery tour guide, this cloudy, dull yellow beer was everything I was hoping for....with an immediate wheat/yeasty smell and a taste that followed suit. I love the wheat/bread/yeast flavor and this was full of it. Delicious. My favorite wheat beer by far.

Moving out of KS rate-a-poolza. 12oz bottle poured into a thin tulip glass. Bottled on the 65th day of 2013. Best by 08/03, so about 6 weeks old. Purchased out of fridge in store.
After 5 years of drinking this at bars or parties when I really wanted a beer but there was nothing else to drink. Not that its bad I just seem to get enough as is. However, this is a very good. Pours a pale yellow color with a small heard. Visible carbonation and some yeast chunks. Aroma is bright lemon, which is awesome. Loving the yeast lemon character. Underneath that is a very subdued hefe ester character, just a touch of banana. Just a great aroma, light yet enticing. Flavor is refreshingly light with a melded muted citric and light cereal. The bottom of the bottle muddies the beer yet makes it even paler in color. Creates a thicker, longer lasting head. This is seriously good stuff.

My brother and I refrained from acting like beer elitists when our waiter described this beer as, "exactly like Blue Moon." Given our locale, the waiter was likely to have been inundated with patrons just beginning their exploration of beer. I can’t fault him for trying to relate to them. Poured a lemony yellow with a thick white head. Flavors of lemon pervaded. Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel. Lacks the complexity of my favorite wheat-based beers, but was thoroughly enjoyable. Draft - Roux on Canton - Roswell, GA
