Not a horrible tasting beer. You can definitely drink a lot of this in one sitting without feeling gross. But it doesn't have much flavor to speak of. It's like a bud light brewed by a craft brewery.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Boulevard Wheat is hugely popular here in the Midwest. It’s no mystery. This beer has light, refreshing citrus notes, soft carbonation, and a clean finish. While the taste is a bit modest, you can’t argue with the overall quality of the beer. This is a beer designed to be a thirst-quenching session ale and it succeeds quite well in that capacity.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Backlog) Hazy in look, golden in color, and has a light white head. The smell is definite wheat, malts, light citrus, and fruits. The taste is wheat, malts, fruit, and citrus. Light and decent.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good for the style; a hazy lemony gold with white head and lively carbonation. Smells and tastes of wheat, yeast, and a bit of citrus. Average on the palate. Alright.

A- Citrusy, sweet, refreshing.
A- Golden color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal head.
T- Medium sweetness and very well balanced. Nice citrus tones.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth and refreshing finish.
O- One of the best wheat beers around. Best served on tap with a lemon wheel. Very easy to drink and extremely refreshing.

A: Light golden ale with a single finger of fine white foam falls to a blank, reflecting surface. No lacing. Hazy as expected.
S: Smells like wheat, apple juice, apricots. Sweet wheat comes through and is quite nice. Pretty simple, but pleasant.
T: Again pretty sweet and fruity. A little more subtle here, but not bad at all. Pretty simple though for an APWA, no hops to speak of here for me.
M: Medium bodied with lower carb. Would appreciate a little more carbonation for the style to help lighten this up for the heat.
O: Not a bad beer, but nothing special. Would drink again.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
12oz into a pint, pours a hazy and clouded yellow. Head rises and falls fast, but shows lacing and bubbles everywhere. Aroma is murky citrus, faint banana, grass, hops, and malted wheat. Taste is fizzy and lemondae like, wheat grass bounces around, the hop presence turns a few corners to nowhere, and the murkyness and sediment keeps one guessing as to whats really going down. Quite drinkable for a wheat, of which never gets me excited in beer, but I was expecting more from boulevard. not a good mix pack.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy straw pour with white head. Absent lace. Aroma is grainy, citrus, and sweet wheat malt. Taste mirrors. Not a huge flavor bomb but super drinkable and pleasant. Thin, crisp. Easy drinkin’.
