My brother and I refrained from acting like beer elitists when our waiter described this beer as, "exactly like Blue Moon." Given our locale, the waiter was likely to have been inundated with patrons just beginning their exploration of beer. I canít fault him for trying to relate to them. Poured a lemony yellow with a thick white head. Flavors of lemon pervaded. Refreshing fizzy mouthfeel. Lacks the complexity of my favorite wheat-based beers, but was thoroughly enjoyable. Draft - Roux on Canton - Roswell, GA

Bottle at NK Bar. Hazy golden colour with a tan head. Weak citrus malt aroma. Weak flavour of citrus and a lot of dominating wheat.

Of wheat beers not the best Iíve had. However is one of the most refreshing. As the label reads... The extra yeast right before packaging for further maturation comes as an after taste but trust me youíll taste it. Cheers!

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap flight at Flying Saucer San Antonio. Listed on the menu as "Boulevard Wheat". I tried to determine if this is 80 Acre but infant say conclusively so my rating goes here until I learn anything to change it. Hazy straw cored pour, white ring head. Aroma is light lemon-wheat. Taste is fruit cereal with fruit yeast, enough hops to balance it out, and wheat grain flavor. Lots going on in a small, exceptionally balanced, and beautifully crafted beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Pours cloudy yellow color with booming white head. The nose has faint lemon, grain and some yeast. The flavor is what I would call slammable. Light, smooth grains, hints of the lemon citrus. Really good for those hot days. And probaly a top notch wheat ale in my opinion, but the sytle still hampers the overall score.
