Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer is a lively, refreshing ale with a naturally citrusy flavor and distinctive cloudy appearance. It is reminiscent of the wheat beers that were brewed at the turn of the century, before the advent of modern filtration. This easy-drinking American-style wheat beer has become our most popular offering, and the best-selling craft beer in the Midwest. 2008 GABF gold medal winner in Session Beer category.

boulevard brewers: YOU FAIL. YOU FAIL MISERABLY. this beer has no character. i’d rather be drinking miller high life. at least high life doesn’t try to cater to people who know (or think they know) beer. this tastes like an american standard with a twist of lemon. i’d drink this if it were on special for $5/pitcher at the bar...... but no. this is a specialty micro brew. yeah right. i hate boulevard’s ugly logo, too.

Cloudy Yellow Coloring. Has a Dusty Wheat Aroma to it. A bit overpowering on the Wheat End... Added Orange Slice and that Balanced it out Better.

Bright yellow color, very cloudy and hazy with a light head and no lacing. The nose is lightly citrusy and mild with some wheat and spicy clove notes. The flavor is rounded with some wheat and an all around average base. Finishes watery with some more citrus. Not bad for an american wheat.

Light gold... unfiltered look if you will. Anyway, it has a light head and light lacing. Nose is wheaty and yeasty. Citrus comes out a bit. There just may be a bit of banana. For some strange ass reason, it reminds me of pasta. Maybe mac and cheese. Well, in the flavors, the citrus comes out strongly. Mainly a lemony citrus. There is a nice bite of hops. The malts are light, but definately present. The body is light and the palate is sharp. The finish is of citrusy wheat.

Citrusy aroma. Couldn’t make out strong banana or clove notes that are so typical of the style. Average sized frothy, white head with very little lace. Yellow in color. Thin texture and average carbonation level. Finish is short in duration and some sour milk notes. Despite how bad that sounds, the finish is this beer’s best quality.

Pours light yellow in color with a decent thick head that lasts, yet the flavors aren't their.

This beer has degraded, the original flavor was very pleasant, however the mix must have been changed... now the flavor is average, light yellow coor, exceedingly thin.. nice cash-cow.
