Jul 5, 2005 Bottled, thanks beerhandy! Cloudy pale golden. Papery malt aroma. Sweet and rounded with some grassy hops alongside lemon. Drinkable and well balanced, but not with overly much character.

Mar 20, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a pale golden with a slight haze and a creamy, white head leaving some laces. Lightly tart aroma. Very light-bodied and dry with only the faintest touch of wheat. Lightly sulphurous. The finish is more dry than bitter. Yet another boring American wheat. 190306

BückDich (4525), Boise, Idaho, USA
May 31, 2004 Bright yellow color, very cloudy and hazy with a light head and no lacing. The nose is lightly citrusy and mild with some wheat and spicy clove notes. The flavor is rounded with some wheat and an all around average base. Finishes watery with some more citrus. Not bad for an american wheat.

Jan 23, 2005 Bottle... Hazy, straw-colored ale. No head. Malty aroma and flavor with notes of wheat, cream and toffee. Light-bodied and fizzy. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish. Although, there’s really not much to this ale, it is very refreshing and mercifully lacks the cloyingly fruity and spicy characteristics of most wheats (one of my least favorite styles). I like this strain of yeast.
