COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Unfiltered Wheat Beer is a lively, refreshing ale with a naturally citrusy flavor and distinctive cloudy appearance. It is reminiscent of the wheat beers that were brewed at the turn of the century, before the advent of modern filtration. This easy-drinking American-style wheat beer has become our most popular offering, and the best-selling craft beer in the Midwest. 2008 GABF gold medal winner in Session Beer category.

EtTuCthulhu (1371) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - DEC 7, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 18, 2014 The appearance is a cloudy light golden color with a large white head that fades quickly and some sediment, and the aroma blends dough yeast, wheat, and lemon peel. The taste is mildly sweet and slightly sour, and the palate fuses a thick and slick texture, medium body, average carbonation, and a wheat-filled finish.

Forgettable beer, poured from 12 oz bottle. Some citrusy wheat tones, mostly watery, mod to thin mouthfeel. 3.9? BD

Bottle into a pint glass. Pours a hazy light yellow, with a moderate white head. No lacing. Nose is faint aroma of grain. Taste is pleasant, but watery. A decent session beer, nothing special

Harvest on tap. Pour cloudy light brown yellow. Nose is citrus and beer. Smooth and great on this hot day but average overall. Light and easy to drink. Would get on a hot day or to cut thru some spicy food maybe.

A pretty bland beer in general. Pours murky and gold. Drinkable but boring in general.

Bottle at home. Hazy yellow with a fluffy head. Aroma of lemon and ripe indistinct fruit. Smooth wheatty palate. Uneventful flavor profile - very light banana and clove, not much else. Dry-ish finish.

Bottle. Another very average wheat beer. Some citrus and a touch of banana. Aroma of smelly feet. Fairly smooth, yet uninspiring.

Beer pours extremely cloudy with some floaters. It is golden yellow in color with a big, somewhat dissipating egg white head. Aromas of earth, citrus and spices. Taste is sweet and lightly bitter. An extremely refreshing beverage without being light on flavor. Fabulous for the hot summer months.

YigSvartka (219) - Manitoba, CANADA - MAY 24, 2015
Translucent hazy yellow with a minimally sized white head. Unfortunately stunted aroma, but some mild notes of yeast, malt, and vanilla are present. Light bodied and rather smooth. Perhaps overly so for a wheat. Malt, lemon, and a slight amount of hop in the finish. Although not terrible, this is an extremely light and rudimentary wheat. The macro lager of wheats if you will.
