Aroma: Light Belgian yeast and malt
Appearance: Light Golden in color, Hazy with a thin head.
Flavor: Nice Belgian wit flavor. Very wheat like and malty.
Palate: Dry finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: A very nice summer session beer. Perfect for a hot day.

Got to agree with arrogantb, nice hazy pour with not much head to speak of. To be honest, witbier is not my thing, so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this beer is to drink. Soft citrus tones with a very slight bite and yeasty follow-through. Really, a very nice beer, and a refreshing change from all the stout I have been drinking lately. Bottle to glass, 52F.

Nice golden yellow color, hazy as expected with a short filmy head, looks exactly like you would expect a witbier to look. Smells yeasty and like floral soap. There is a lot more yeast in the flavor, citrus notes, spices, pretty good but not overpowering. Very easy to drink...

Pale blonde pour into thick foamy white head that quickly dissipates into a ring of white lacing on the glass that melts with each sip as carb Aroma of yeasty straw and lemony citrus. Initial flavor of citrus that fades into bubbly yeasty finish on the tongue.

BOTTLE: hazy yellow pour, Aroma is wheat with lemon, banana, and clove. Taste is much the same, but a little thin and bland. Decent, not great.

Pours a hazy yellow into the glass with a white head. Aroma is peppery with lemon zest. Flavor is really nice and refreshing and LOW on coriander which is great for me. Really nice sessionable beer.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Spice and wheat aroma with lemon. Taste is dull and easy to drink. Mostly an average beer.

12 oz bottle, best by 8/3/09. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a pillowy white head that quickly goes to a thin film and leaves some lacing.
The aroma is wheaty malts with some banana and clove spices and a little sweet fruit.
The flavor is very subdued - some wheat malts with some light banana/clove spices and bitterness at the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with good carbonation.
Overall, it’s pretty subdued and flavorless. Otherwise had potential to be good wit.
