Pours hazy orange-yellow with bright white head. Aroma and flavor is traditional wheat citrus plus clove, coriander and yeast. Great thirst quencher on a scorching day.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 7/19/11
Aroma: The nose is spice, Belgian yeast, clove, lemon, orange, and a wheat
Appearance: It pours into the glass a hazy yellow color with a bright white head
Flavor: The taste is typical of the style, wheaty and spicy, light sweet, light bitter
Palate: The body is also right on style, fairly light, with a tingly finish
Overall Impression:
I wasn’t overly impressed with this one, but it wasn’t bad either. It is true enough to style, there just isn’t really anything that stands out about it. A fine enough example of a Belgian White.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 FunkyBrewster (1316) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 17, 2011
12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy deep orange tang like color with a small white head. Aroma is nicely wheaty with a burst of citric and orange peel, definitely a nice beady wheat character though. Flavor starts sweet and citric, plenty of orange and a little lemon before a wheaty and lightly zesty sharp lemony finish. Medium body and a sharp carbonation. Very nice witbier and perfect for this 95 degree day

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2011 Bottle. Pours a light lemon color. First impression is cloves, with a lemony refreshing flavor. It’s different and fun.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 tmoreau (1269) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - JUL 3, 2011
Poured from a 12 oz. bottle to sampler glasses at a local geek tasting party. The color was hazed straw, with modest, white head foam, and good cling to the waves and spots of lacing. The aroma was initially as a light hefe, also adding coriander and lemony citrus. The body was light, with good carbonation, and a crisp and lightly dry finish. No complaints in the sessionability department. Suited the weather nicely.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 brenn79 (859) - Idaho, USA - JUL 2, 2011
12 oz. bottle- Pours cloudy yellowish orange with a too thin head for the style, it almost immediately receded to a collar. Aroma is classic wit, yeast, wheat, orange rind, a little lemon. The flavor is also classic wit, wheaty, lemony, orange peel, subtly spicy, not bad. Carbonation is high, body is full. Good beer, doesn’t push any boundaries though.
