Boulevardís summer seasonal is our interpretation of a classic Belgian witbier. ZŌN (Flemish for ďsunĒ) combines the subtle flavors of coriander and orange peel with other traditional ingredients to create a delightful, refreshing summertime brew. 2009 GABF gold medal winner in Belgian-Style Witbier category.

I dont like this style so knew I wouldnt like this beer, poured out of a bottle, head disappered almost immediately, the combination of thearomas together gave off a chemical smell, was able to finish so wasnt that horrid, just not for me

Tap at FW Fest. Pours a super unique clear yellow to almost water color. The head is there but just clear and bubbly. Most unique beer color I think Iíve seen. Aroma is belgian banana and some pepper. Very little. Taste is coriander and some juicy fruit gum but very subdued. Good summer belgian but not something I need to get more of.

Zon pours a stiffly cloudy bright yellow. An incredibly active head is just about two fingers high, very soapy on the top and disappears quickly. Thereís a thickness when held up to the light. lacing is mild but present. The nose is forward with a creamy wheat scent followed by the spice of Belgian yeast. Notes of bananas, cloves, and orange followed by a light bread scent. Thereís also a light tartness here. Very Belgian with a light tart flavor up front followed by a peek of orange and spiciness. Bread and creamy wheat start up next but everything closes exceptionally clean. Creamy but carried extremely well. Just the perfect amount of carbonation A wonderful example of the witbier style and the first one Iíve really loved. Something easy that I could drink anyday.

Draft. The aroma is belgian lemon. The appearance is cloudy and yella. The taste is lemon zest and belgian yeast. Kinda bubblegum. Very carbonated. Overall, good belgian. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is a fruity wheat. Taste has a hint of orange underneath a strong wheat taste. Overall pretty decent.

12oz. Dang if I didnít drink it before I could rate it properly! Iíve had some good wit-biers in my day, and this one isnít bad! Itís also cheaper in the US than a lot of Belgian Witbiers, so itíll definitely be on my list if Iím feeling nostalgic for Belgium and donít want to fork over $10 per beer.

Pours a cloudy straw golden with a quickly descending eggshell head. Nose of biscuits, lemon, and spicy clove. Taste is fairly sweet with a touch of bitter and a slight tartness. Palate is lighter, crisp, with a fairly lengthy yeasty finish. A nice, light interpretation of the style perfectly suited for some nasty humidity.
