Very refreshing, light and smooth. There is a strong orange peel flavour followed by a slight bitter finish (which i enjoy.) Overall a good beer and a great one to sit out on the porch in the evening with friends and relax.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2003 This is the first beer of this style that I have tried and I am impressed. There was several things going on here as far as flavor goes... sweet, fruit, hops, even thought I could taste the alcohol just a bit and I mean that in a good way (that surprised me a bit considering most of the beers from this brewer are a little lower in alcohol than most). Anyway I liked this a lot and I hope to be able to find other Belgian Wits.

Quite pleasant. Full of coriander and orange peely goodness. My criticism is that it is almost a little too thirst quenching. Well made, though.

High marks for color and cloudiness / low marks for quickly fading head. Although, that was no longer an issue after taking a swig. This is some great beer! Very clean, smooth, fruity / hoppy / spicy, with a nice & dry finish. Enjoyable lingering flavors. Very balanced and easy to drink.

Light golden - cloudy white appearing, very appropriate for witbier. Medium carb, but small head, dissipating quickly. Aroma is enjoyable, with banana, citrus and spice. Zesty and dry, with a light sweetness. Very nicely balanced

Interpretation of a Wit, but clearly a loose one. Hops and a good wheat texture are there, but the is no maltiness at all, which lends the beer an unplesant bitterness. With a slice of lemon, this would be mitigated a bit. One of the few summer beers that might actually taste better with (yecch) orange. Blue Moon is a better American wit, while Hoegaarden is the Belgian classic. Both are more subtle and refreshing than Zon.

a terrific summer brew! Zon is light with a hint of fruit, without being fruity. Light with plenty of flavor and a lasting finish. Refreshing in the extreme during the hot months.

The beer has a citrus aftertaste, but overall i was pleased with it. However, I think it will only be made for a limited time.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2004 One of the lightest beers I've ever seen, but quite cloudy. Not much sediment. Lively carbonation and head. Very tasty interplay of spices, wheat and yeast flavors. Should actually be drunk at a rather cool temperature. This is a very drinkable beer, almost dangerously so. Well done, Boulevard.
