Pours a hazy light yellow from bottle. Not much aroma, not much taste, pretty watery. Not impressed.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 degbert (641) - Austin, Texas, USA - SEP 25, 2010
Bottle. Traditional Belgian aroma very prominent, laced with lemon and malt. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with little head. Taste is lemony -- I don’t taste the coriander much. Mouthfeel is prickly and cleansing. Meh.

Sampled on 9/15/2010. This witbier pours a slighlt hazy light yellow gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is citrusy and grassy, floral and spicy. A light to medium bodied witbier. The malts are grassy and herbal. The hops are floral and slightly spicy. A lot of lemon flavors with some spiciness. Bright yeasts. A nice light and refreshing tasting beer. Lively carbonation. A great summer session beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Afteraste is slightly bitter and citrusy.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 Vir4030 (362) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 3, 2010
Pours a light yellow with a thick white foam that is very carbonated like 7-up. Has kind of a look of lemonade, so this better taste good. Scent is a bit citrus, and flavor is definitely beer. Lemony, but do I have lemonade in my head? It does have a hint of banana, which I appreciate in a belgian white, but it might be a bit too lemony for my tastes. Still pretty good if I’m appreciating it on this level.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 mnurda (752) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - AUG 30, 2010
Part of a sample pack. The best of the bunch in my opinion. Straw in colour. Clove taste. Nice spicy finish. Super aroma.
2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 MissouriBrent (120) - Missouri, USA - AUG 28, 2010
Orange and spice aroma. Good cloudy orange color typical for wits, head disappears quickly leaving nothing behind. Flavor is slightly sour and not what I expect or enjoy from wits. Not enjoying the aftertaste. All in all this is probably the least enjoyable wit I’ve had.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Hopper (751) - The Alamo, Texas, USA - AUG 26, 2010
12 oz. brown bottle. $1.99/Central Market. San Antonio, TX. A cloudy very light golden beer with white hues around the perimeter of the glass with a small head that fades quickly. The aroma has banana, cloves, wheat, pepper. The taste was generally the same as the aroma and was actually a nice thirst quencher.
