Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a semi-hazy golden pale colored brew with an average white head that slowly dissipates to a thin ring. Aroma of golden grain malt, some light orange zest and coriander, a hint of white pepper and some clove. Taste is light bodied, some carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt with wheat, a hint of coriander and some yeast. Finish is light, crisp, some light fruit and a touch of coriander that quickly disappears.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Dogbrick (4829) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 16, 2011
Sample at Flying Saucer in KC. The beer is a hazy yellow color with a medium thin and somewhat fizzy white head that evaporates to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Herbal aroma with notes of citrus. Light and crisp body with flavors of citrus, sweet spice and vanilla. The finish has notes of banana and citrus with a clove aftertaste. Above average overall.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 heemer77 (4792) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - NOV 10, 2003
UPDATED: JUL 16, 2004 Strange citrus flavor was very strong. This is similar to their Wheat, but it's a little lighter and has more spice. I have had other wits and this is just too tame for me. However, it is still a good summer brew.

Light orange yellow hazy beer. Eminently yeasty in aroma and flavors. Very smooth. Decent wit.

Bottle, shared with my wife (it’s her favourite style). Very hazy bright lemony yellow with a generous pillowy white head that retains really well. Aroma is wheaty and spicy, underlying orange. Zippy citrus and wheat flavor, lovely spice, and a nice tartness in the finish that really refreshes. After having tried a few duds from this brewer I finally found one that’s praiseworthy! Tasty.

This bottled brew poured a small head of fine white colored mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a fair lace. The body was hazy with a yellow color and carbonated. The aroma was mildly musty with yeast and the mouth feel was smooth from start to finish with a slight tingle. The flavor was mildly malted with yeast and mild coriander notes.

Very hazy yellow with a medium head. Yeast and fruit on the nose as well as taste. Subtle wheat. A nice offering and easily drinkable. Certainly a session wheat without tons to offer.
