Aroma: Bubble gum at the forefront, but also some lemon and a puff of coriander; almost like a Hefeweizen with so much gum. Appearance: Cloudy yellow pour with a foamy white head that settles into a healthy white ring. Flavor: Gummy throughout with a squeeze of lemon; gum gets fairly sweet and overpowers all other impressions. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, abrupt finish. Overall: Too unbalanced to standout in the style; very one-note.

An aptly-titled brew, considering that it is the color of sunshine. While I did find the citrus tones to be a bit heavy and the carbonation to be slightly harsh, I really dug this brew. Its one of the more refreshing wheat ales that Ive ever had. The sweet wheat malt is ridiculously satisfying when paired with the citrus flavor. Cool bottle, too.

12 oz bottle (best by 10/15/13, 7 weeks ago) from Tipsys into my Funkwerks glass. Pale yellow appearance with a frothy white head. Fresh aroma of orange peel, lemon juice, coriander, herbs, yeast, light spices and bready malts. Similar flavor, lightly sweet with an average body. Smooth and refreshing flavor.
